Eiffcacy Observation Of BPH Due To Icidney-yang Deficiency Which Treated With Acupuncture Combined Auricular Point Compression

Objective: To observe the eiffcacy observation of BPH due to kidney-yang deifciencytreated with acupuncture combined auricular point compression. Methods: The cases wererandomized into observation group (treated with acupuncture combined auricular pointcompression) and control (treated with acupuncture)，35cases in each one. Theintegration of the I-PSS，the integration of the QOL and the integration of the scale ofkidney-yang deifciency were compared before the treatment and after the treatment in twogroups. Results: After the rejected and droped selection，67cases were statisticsed.Thetotal effective rate was85.3%in observation group (34cases)，and was72.7%in controlgroup (33cases).The integration of the I-PSS, the integration of the QOL and theintegration of the scale of kidney-yang deifciency after the treatment were better than thosebefore the treatment in the two groups (aliP<0.01). The integrations in observationgroup were ameliorated more signiifcantly than those in control group (/*<0.01?/*<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture and acupuncture combined auricular point compression canimprove the clinical symptoms and the kidney-yang deifciency syndromes of BPH due tokidney-yang deifciency.Afetr the treatment? the expected quanlity of life were all improvedin the two groups.The eiffcacy which treated with acupuncture combined auricular pointcompression was much better than the other.
