Compared With Conventional Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Peirpheral Facial Paralysis With Acupuncture For Eight Confluence Points

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of eight confluence points of acupuncturetreatment of peripheral facial paralysis to explore acupuncture eight confluence points withincreased efficacy for the treatment of facial paralysis practical to provide a more efficientmethod for the clinical treatment of facial paralysis.Methods:60cases of facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and observation group,30cases in each group, the observation group acupuncturetreatment of facial paralysis the conventional points plus eight confluence points and TDPirradiation treatment, the control group does not take eight confluence points, the otheracupoints acupuncture, TDP irradiation, the needle, acupuncture frequency and course oftreatment with the observation group. Patients in both groups before treatment and aftertreatment efficacy evaluation.Result:(1)Two groups before treatment facial nerve function after total group, there weresignificant differences (p <0.05); the total grouping after treatment compared weresignificantly different (p <0.05); observation group than the control group.(2)Static concept of before and after treatment comparison score groups werestatistically significant differences (p <0.01); treatment groups, a significant difference (p<0.05) in the amount of grain, eyebrows, eyelids, people ditch symptom score Theobservation group than the control group.(3)The two groups before and after treatment is both in the concept of dynamicgroup and has a very significant difference (p <0.01); Comparison between groups aftertreatment, carried the forehead, close your eyes and symptom scores and dynamic view total score had significant difference (p <0.05), the observation group were better than thecontrol group(4)The overall effect was no significant difference in the two groups (p <0.05), butthe cure rate of observation group, the significant efficiency and total effective rate werehigher than the control group.(5)Two groups of patients recovery time compared with significant difference (p <0.05), significantly lower in observation group than the control group.Conclusion: acupuncture treatment when around sexual face paralysis and with eightpulse intersection point can effectively improve the forehead lines, eyebrows, eyelids,symptoms of groove, etc; Effectively improve facial dynamic view, especially in thecarrying amount and close my eyes symptoms significantly; Shorten the healing time ofpatients. Although overall curative effect of two groups of basic same, but the trend of thecurative effect of observation group was superior to control group.
