The Influence Of The Pelvic Floor Muscle Massage On Pregnancy Outcome In Patients Treated With Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer

Objective: To research the influence of the pelvic floor muscle massage onpregnancy outcome of patients treated with frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET).Methods: We choose120patients who will have the frozen-thawed embryo transferafter it is unfreezed, and they are departed into two groups averagely,60ofobservation group and60of control group. Both groups start taking estradiol valerate twicea day on the third day of the menstrual cycle,3mg one time.14days later, all patients needto inject progesterone except taking estradiol valerate. The observation group: Starting thepelvic floor muscle massage from the end of menstruation till the day of injectingprogesterone,15-20minutes,50HZ, the acupoints are huiyin and baliao. Thecontrast group doesn’t have any other therapeutic measures. We will transfer thehigh-quality embryo on the suitable day. We contrast the basic conditions, the embryo, theendometrial thickness and types of uterine endometrium. To analyze the endometrial bloodtype, PI, RI, S/D, biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate and early abortionrate.Results: There are no statistical result in transferring conditions, the endometrialthickness and types of uterine endometrium. After the treatment, we find that：1. in theobservation group，after the treatment of pelvic floor muscle massage,the endometrialblood of the menstrual17th day compared with the menstrual9th day, type Ⅰdecreasesclearly, type Ⅱ and Ⅲ increase evidently(p<0.05);2. in the observation group，after thetreatment of pelvic floor muscle massage, we get that the indexes RI, PI and S/D of themenstrual17th day compared with the menstrual9th day, reduced remarkably(p<0.05);3the observation group of patients after treatment, the menstrual17th day endometrial bloodflow decreased significantly than control group in blood flow Ⅰ type, type Ⅱ+Ⅲincreased significantly,(p <0.05);4. The observation group of patients after treatment, PI, RI and S/D of the menstrual17th days was lower than control group significantly (P <0.05);5. in the observation group of patients after treatment,the endometrial thicknesscompared with the control group was no statistically different (p>0.05), but theendometrial thickness of the observation group was higher than the control group;6.theimplantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate are higher in the observation group than thosein the control group.Conclusion: The pelvic floor muscle massage improves the endometrial thicknessand endometrial blood conditions, so as to increase the clinical pregnancy rate of patientswith frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET).
