| Objective: To observe the protect role of ginkgo biloba extract for the liver of ratswith alcoholic fatty, and explore the mechanism. Methods: Fifty rats were divided into5groups (control group, model group and low, middle, high dose treatment group), every group was10rats. A group was normalcontrol group, with no special treatment, B, C, D, E groups were made to rat liverfibrosis model. At the same time, C, D, E groups were treated with Ginkgo bilobaextract(50mg/kg,100mg/kg,200mg/kg). The expression of ALT, AST, γ-GT, Leptin inserum and GSH-PX, SOD, MDA, GSH, Leptin were detected. Results: The expression of ALT, AST, γ-GT, MDA in treatment group weresignificantly lower than that of model group (P<0.05), and with the therapeutic drugconcentration rises, each index decreased more obviously(P<0.05). The GSH, SODand GSH-PX levels in treatment group were significantly higher than that of modelgroup (P<0.05), and with the therapeutic drug concentration rises, each indexincreased more significantly (P<0.05). The leptin expression levels of treatment groupin serum and liver tissue were significantly reduced than that of the modelgroup(P<0.05), and with the therapeutic drug concentration rises, each indexdecreased more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba extract could protect the liver function of alcoholic fattyliver rat through the inhibition of leptin expression. |
