Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect of reteplase (r-PA) andUrokinase (UK) in the treatment of ST-segment elevation myocardialinfarction(STEMI).Methods: Total86cases of STEMI patients from Jan2010to Dec2012were randomly assigned to r-PA group and UK group. Therecanalization rate and the incidence of adverse reaction were observed. Results: After12hours, the recanalization rate of r-PA group is76.7%while the UK group is55.8%(P<0.05). The complication of r-PA is moreless than UK.Conclusion: Recanalization rate and security of the r-PA are betterthan the UK.
