Accuracy Of CT Vitural Colonography In The Diagnosis Of Inflammatory Bowel Disease: A Meta Analysis

Objective：To perform the meta analysis of diagnosis accuracy of CTvirtual colonography for inflammatory bowel disease.Methods：An electronic search and additional manual tracking wereperformed to retrieve relevant studies on CTVC in diagnosis ofinflammatory bowel disease，and data were extracted from the enrolledstudies， QUADAS was used for quality assessment.We analyzeheterogeneity between studies by using Meta Disc1.4software， thediagnostic accuracy was analyzed by statistical pooling and SROC curve.Results： Eleven studies were finally enrolled. Heterogeneity ofthreshold effect showed Spearman correlation coefficient was0.228and Pwas0.501,the results of other factors contributed to the heterogeneity P wasover than0.1,so we think the enrolled studies have no obviousheterogeneity,A Meta analysis was performed by using the fixed effectmodel. The pooled sensitivity and specificity and diagnostic ratio odds ofCTVC was0.89(95%CI:0.82~0.94)、0.99(95%CI：0.98~1.0)、147.57(95%CI:51.95~419.19)，the AUC was0.969and Q index was0.918.Conclusion：CT virtual colonography has a reasonable sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease.
