Research Progress Of Stress Cardiomyopathy

Stress cardiomyopathy was reported in Japan in1990, firstly alsoknown as Tako-Tsubo syndrome. Most patients who get stresscardiomyopathy can be found before the onset such as psychological orphysical stress and other related factors, then a similar clinicalmanifestation of acute myocardial infarction. In2006stresscardiomyopathy has been as a new found clinical syndrome in a field ofcardiology at the American Heart Association. It became a research hotspot recently.This paper reviews the research progress of stresscardiomyopathy on etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations,diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and other aspects in recentyears.
