The Correlation Between Level Of CD4+CD25+Regulatory T Cells And Related Cytokines In Peripheral Blood And Liver Tissue Pathology In The CHB Patients | | Posted on:2015-03-31 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:C Xu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2254330425495133 | Subject:Clinical laboratory diagnostics | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective: Through to detect the level of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells (Treg) andrelated cytokines interleukin-10(IL-10),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) inperipheral blood of the patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB),combined withclinical liver pathologic examination, explore the peripheral and immunological indexthat can reflect the degree of liver tissue injury in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods: Randomly selected84cases with chronic hepatitis B and36healthypersons who are from the liver center and the medical tset center of the people’sliberation arm123hospital.All the chronic hepatitis B patients were had liverpathologic examination and according to inflammation grading and fibrosis stage ofliver tissue lesions were respectively divided into mild group, moderate group andsevere group;Flow cytomerty was used to detect the level of CD4+CD25+Treg inperipheral blood of all study objects; Detected the level of the cytokinesIL-10,TGF-β1in peripheral blood of all study objects with double antibody sandwichmethod of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA);Measured the level of theserum of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in the chronic hepatitis B patients withbiochemistry analyzer.Results:(1)The level of CD4+CD25+Treg and related cytokines IL-10,TGF-β1inperipheral blood of the patients with chronic hepatitis B increased significantlycompared with the group of normal control (P<0.01).(2)The level ofCD4+CD25+Treg in peripheral blood of the patients with chronic hepatitis B wasincreased with the exacerbation of the degree of liver tissue inflammation (P<0.05);The level of TGF-β1in peripheral blood of the patients with chronic hepatitis Bwas increased with the exacerbation of the degree of liver tissue fibrosis (P<0.05);However,there is no correlation between the level of IL-10in peripheral bloodand liver tissue pathology (P>0.05).(3)The level of CD4+CD25+Treg and relatedcytokines IL-10, TGF-β1in peripheral blood had no correlation with the level of theserum of ALT in the patients with chronic hepatitis B (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)CD4+CD25+Treg and related cytokines IL-10,TGF-β1involve in the disease process of chronic hepatitis B.(2)The level of CD4+CD25+Treg in peripheralblood of the patients with chronic hepatitis B can be used as an observation indexreflecting the degree of liver tissue inflammation, also, the level of TGF-β1inperipheral blood can be used as an observation index reflecting the degree of livertissue fibrosis.(3)The level of CD4+CD25+Treg and related cytokines IL-10, TGF-β1in peripheral blood can not reflec the activity of liver tissue inflammation in thepatients with chronic hepatitis B. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | chronic hepatitis B, CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells, interleukin-10, transforming growth factor-β1, liver tissue pathology | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
