| This experiment is studing the effects of different light quality on growth and development of two regions Houttuynia cordata in different times. The study results are as follows:1With processing in different light quality of120days, the plant height of two Houttuynia corda in green and red light are always higher than other quality, and in the blue,the height light is the lowest. The green and red light has obvious promoting effects on plant heght, and the blue light has the effect of dwarfing. In the blue light, the diameter coarse is the maximum, as the minimum in the green light. The fresh weight in turn is blue light>red light>yellow light>white light>green light. Two different Houttuynia cordata growth in the same light quality has shows significant difference. In all aspect of growth and development, the Houttuynia cordata of Hong Yu is better than Bai Yu.2With processing in different light quality of120days, the leaf thickness and palisade tissue thickness of the Houttuynia leaves are significantly greater under the red, blue and yellow light quality than the control treatment,but in green light quality the leaf thickness and palisade tissue thickness are significantly reduced compared to the control treatment.3With processing in different light quality of120days, the chlorophyll content in general is decreased as the treatment time prolong. In the same treatment time, the content of chlorophyll a are significantly higher in the red, blue and yellow light quality than that in the control, in green light quality is minimum; chlorophyll b is relatively stable and the range is very small.4With processing in different light quality of120days, the net photosynthetic rate of two Houttuynia cordata show first decreased and then increased, and then decreasing trend. In the Early treatment of different light quality, the net photosynthetic rate is the highest in the control treatment; And in the finanal treatment, the net photosynthetic rate is the highest in the blue light.Under the green light,the net photosynthetic rate is always the minimal. 5With processing in different light quality of120days, the SOD activity of two Houttuynia cordata both showed a gradual downward trend, and the activity in red, blue, yellow light quality are significantly higher than that of the control. The POD activity of Houttuynia "Hong Yu" in addition to maintain an upward trend in the blue light quality treatment, other light quality was first increased and then become stable trend. The POD activity in the blue light quality treatment has always been significantly higher than the control; except processing the60th days,the POD activity in the red light quality has been higher than that of the control. The POD activity of the Houttuynia "Bai Yu" showed a gradual upward trend. The red handle POD activity is always higher than the other light quality processing. CAT activity showed a gradual upward trend. In red, blue, yellow light quality,the CAT activity was significantly higher than that of the control. The SOD, POD, CAT activity are all the lowest in the green light quality. |
