Chuzhen Therapy Combined With Modern Nursing Effect Of Rehabilitation In Patients With Post-stroke Depression

Objective1.To investigate Chuzhen therapy combined with emotion nursing rehabilitation effect of patients with post-stroke depression.2.Through the evaluation of clinical demonstration and effect feedback, to explore the suitable Chuzhen therapy in patients with post-stroke depression.3.To investigate a set of suitable emotion nusing intervention methods for patients with post-stroke depression.4.The further application of Chuzhen therapy and emotion nursing in clinical nursing practice mode based on experiment results and nursing basic theory of TCM.MethodsAccording to the randomized controlled study,the120patients were randomly divided into control group,Chuzhen group and Chuzhen emotion group, and according to TCM syndrome differentiation,it was divided into4main types:depressed liver and phlegm obstruction, phlegm within fire,heart-spleen deficiency,deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin. Among them,39cases of control group, used routine nursing methods;41cases of Chuzhen group,adopted Chuzhen therapy in rehabilitation part on the basis of nursing routine, the basic methods of Chuzhen therapy selected Tiangu Bazhen、Shendao Bazhen、Siguan-acupoint and Shiguisui-acupoint.It was intervened by the different syndrome respectively with different acupoint.40cases of Chuzhen emotion group,the rehabilitation parts were intervened on the basis of Chuzhen therapy combined with emotion nursing.The methods of emotion nursing were suppressing surplus feelings therapy、empathy transgender therapy, suggestion therapy, five-tone therapy、dredging therapy,etc.All the three groups were evaluated by BI、CSS、SIS and HAMD before treatment and after treatment for six weeks.Results1.In general, compared with BI、CSS、SIS and HAMD scores about three groups before and after the intervention,the results have significant differences (P<0.05).It shows that all of three groups get positive clinical effects on the rehabilitation of post stroke depression.2.The results of variance analysis,compared with BI、CSS、SIS and HAMD scores about three groups after the intervention, it have significant differences (P<0.05).Chuzhen group and Chuzhen emotion group rehabilitation curative effect is superior to the control group.It shows that Chunzhen therapy and Chuzhen therapy combined with emotion nursing have much more advantages than routine nursing method.3. By LSD multiple comparison analysis,compared with BI and CSS scores of Chuzhen group and Chuzhen emotion group after intervention,the results have no significant differences (P>0.05).Nevertheless compared with SIS and HAMD scores,it has significant differences (P<0.05).It shows that Chuzhen emotion group in improving quality of life and depression degree is better than Chuzhen group.4. Three groups depression degree to improve the total effective rate in the control group60.98%, Chuzhen group76.92%, and87.50%of Chuzhen emotion group, compared between three groups has statistics difference (P<0.05).ConclusionChuzhen therapy combined with emotion nursing has very good curative effect on the rehabilitation of patients with post-stoke depression, which improves their daily life ability、quality of life and reduces the degree of nervous function defect and the degree of depression. The whole embodies the characteristics and advantages of TCM nursing intervention plans. As a result, Chuzhen therapy as a non-invasive therapy can be widely applicated and promoted in the hospital, community and family.
