The Systematic Review Of The Efficacy For The Treatment Of Immune Infertility With Chinese Medicine And West Medicine

Purpose This review aims to assess the efficacy and safety of integrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine (including oral and external use) for treating immune infertility. To provide the most reliable evidence for the medical clinical selection of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to who are suffering Immune Infertility, and point out how to avoid existing clinical research defects.Methods We drawed up standards strictly for into or eliminating studies. through the computer retrieval the CNKI, CBM, VIP, Wanfang data,Ccc, pubmed all integrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine therapy Immune Infertility of RCTs before January1,2013, and manual retrieval8journals in the second half of2012. According to the method of Systematic Review by the international Cochrane cooperation net, in the strict quality evaluation basis, We chose the pregnancy rate, antibody shade rate, total effective rate and average treating time as data for statistics,and analysed the data by RevMan5.0, the odds ratio(RR),mean difference(MD) were used as analysis statistic.Result:938studies relating to the review were found,14studies (total1944Patients) which met standards of into were included.All the included trials were of inferior methodology quality, most of those bias risk are not sure. Main Outcome Measure of the14studies was Pregnancy rate, Antibody shade rate:5of them reported the Total effective rate,11of them reported Pregnancy rate,9of them reported antibody shade rate,3studies mentioned adverse reaction,1of them reported the pregnancy outcome,2studies reported average treating time. The result of Meta-analysis shows that:Pregnancy rate of integrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are higher than Pure west medicine, the difference was statistically significant[RR=1.99,95%CI (1.57,2.52)]. Antibody shade rat of integrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are higher than Pure west medicine, the difference was statistically significant[RR=1.39,95%CI(1.19,1.62)].Total effective rate of integrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are higher than Pure west medicine, the difference was statistically significant[RR=1.43,95%CI(1.04,1.96)]. Average treating time of integrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are shorter than Pure west medicine, the difference was statistically significant[MD=0.75,95%CI (-1.01,-0.48)].Conclusion The research result shows that integrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine have a good effect on the therapy of Immune Infertility. Compared with single West medicine, integrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can increase the Pregnancy rate, Antibody shade rate,Total effective and decrease the average treating time.But due to the low quality, small sizes and other defects of the studies, the result should be carried out cautiously. In the future it is still necessary to carry out high quality large sample randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial and add the adverse reaction, pregnancy outcome to it as outcome measures.
