| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Guanmai-tong Mixture combined with conventional western medicine for chronic Coronary heart disease angina pectoris and to explore its mechanism.Methods:82cases of the Phlegm closure resistance in patients with stable angina inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected from the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, diagnosed and admitted for treatment, were randomly divided into a control group of41patients, the group of41patients was observed. The control group received conventional western medicine, the observation group were treated with conventional western medicine and Modified Guanmai-tong Mixture, for4weeks. Observe the Efficacy of angina pectoris before and after treatment, TCM symptoms integral, lipids Efficacy, ECG Efficacy, Before and after treatment of angina pectoris number of interictal duration of efficacy, using statistical software SPSS17.0statistical analysis, P<0.05to have clinical significance.Results:The total effective rate was89.9%, and74.4%in the control group, the two groups have a significant difference (P<0.05); in improving TCM symptoms, the number of angina attacks and interictal duration indicators Observer Group than the control group (P<0.05); Improve ECG, improve lipid profiles, improving the TCM syndromes total credit in the observation group than the control group (P<0.01). The two groups of patients showed no abnormality is detected in the blood and liver and kidney function before and after treatment.Conclusion:Guanmai-tong Mixture combined with conventional western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina can improve efficacy, improve the clinical symptoms, security. Its mechanism of action may be related to the expansion heart coronary heart coronary blood flow, platelet aggregation, and prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis, a multi-link factors play a role of the treatment of angina pectoris, worthy of further study. |
