| Objective:To study the expression and significance of CK19mRNA and CK20mRNA in the peripheral blood samples by laparoscopic and open radical operation of colorectal carcinoma, and Carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum about discuss the influence of laparoscopic and open radical operation of colorectal carcinoma on hematogenous micrometastasis and the application value of laparoscopic surgery.Methods:The50colorectal cancer patients were devided into open radical operation group(25cases) and laparoscopic group(25cases) at random.Using reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) to detect the expression of CK19and CK20in the peripheral blood samples by laparoscopic and open radical operation of colorectal carcinoma patients preoperatively and postoperatively.Results:1〠Both open group and laparoscopic group had the expression of CK19and CK20in the peripheral blood. The positive rate of CK19and CK20were related to the TNM staging and the degree of differentiation, but irrelevant to the patients’age and gender.2〠The postoperative positive rate of CK19〠CK20and positive rate of combinative detection were significant higher than preoperative both in laparoscopic and open radical operation(P<0.05).the positive rate of CK19CK20and the positive rate of combinative detection had no significant difference between the laparoscopic and open radical operation of colorectal cancer either preoperatively or postoperatively(P>0.05).3〠To combinative detect the expression of CK19and CK20didn’t improve the positive rate, the difference was non significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1〠Both Carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum and open radical operation of colorectal carcinoma could increase the possibility of hematogenous micrometastasis. 2〠Compare with open radical operation of colorectal carcinoma, Carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum about the laparoscopic radical operation did not increase the risk of hematogenous micrometastasis. |
