Expression And Clinical Significance Of ANP32E And SOX4in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer Tissue And Serum

Objective:To study the relationship between ANP32E protein, SOX4protein expression and clinical significance in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue and serum。Methods:Aspecific and sensitive Immunohistochemical SP method todetect the expression of ANP32E protein and SOX4protein in paraffin-embedded sections of70cases of epithelial ovarian cancer tissue,20cases of benign ovarian tumors and10cases of normal ovarian tissue。Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay50cases of epithelial ovarian cancer patients and50cases of benign ovarian tumors of the serum in ANP32E protein and SOX4protein concentrations,,Results:The positive expression rate of ANP32E protein and SOX4protein in epithelial ovarian carcinoma were80%and82.8%, which was evidently higher than the expression rate in benign ovarian epithelial tumors and normal ovary tissues(P<0.05);There was nocorrelation between the expression of ANP32E protein in the patients age or the histological subtype (P>0.05);but there was correlation between its expression and the Clinical stage、operational pathological stage and Lymph node metastasis (P<0.05);There was nocorrelation between the expression of SOX4protein in the patients age.. the histological subtype and operational pathological stage (P>0.05); but there was correlation between its expression and the Clinical stage and Lymph node metastasis (P<0.05)。Malignant epithelial ovarian cancer and benign ovarian tumors serum ANP32E protein and the SOX4protein concentration difference were statistically significant (P<0.01)。Conclusions:There is no expression of the ANP32E protein and the SOX4protein in normal ovarians, whereas in ovarian cancer tissue and serum expression levels were significantly increased。It shows that the ANP32E protein and SOX4protein may play a role in ovarian carcinoma’s occurence and development。...
