The Clinical And Experimental Research Of Microwave-ginger Moxibustion Therapy On Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:Through clinical observation and animal experiment, to observe and evaluate the safety and clinical effects of Microwave-ginger moxibustion therapy on patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome, so that we can find a new way for treating irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:The study is divided into clinical and experimental section.(1) Clinical section:First, screening patients according to the standard, then,sixty patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D) were chosen. All of them were divided into experimental group and two control groups.20cases in each group.Trial group treated with microwave-ginger moxibustion, the first control group got ginger moxibustion treatment, and the other got microwave thermotherapy;10days as a course, Observed2period of treatment. Observe and compare the three groups of clinical curative effect and quality of life.(2) Experimental section: Selecting30wistar rats, and randomly divided into three groups which named A、B、C. After made A and B groups into the IBS-D model by restraint stress, with microwave-ginger moxibustion treating group A, and the rest of the two groups get nothing but only for contrast observation. Compared with three groups of abdominal withdrawal reflex scores and general condition. Finally,observe their pathological examination results of the interception of intestinal mucosa after their death.he data analysis rely on SPSS16.0statistical software.Results:All of the60patients completed the treatment., the total effective rate of both the first control group and experimental group was90%(18/20),and the two groups of patients improved with no differences on individual symptoms of abdominal pain with effective rate90%,but on diarrhea symptom improvement, the test group was75%, the first control group is65%,. On the contrary, the total effective rate of another control group was only85%,and had an improvement rate on abdominal pain with85%,meanwhile, diarrhea with65%. Three groups of patients’each dimension score of SF-36was capable of improvement after treatment(p<0.05), the comparison between the three therapy without difference. IBS-QOL each dimension score also got obviously improved except the SX (sex) after treatment (p<0.01); Reference no difference on the three therapy.(2) The animal experiment research shows that, after restraint stimulation, A, B two groups abdominal withdrawal reflex threshold score was lower than that in group C (p<0.05). And the threshold score between the A and B groups have no significant difference (p>0.05).it means IBS-D model building successful. After treatment with microwave-ginger moxibustion on group A,found that there was statistical difference between group A and B on the abdominal withdrawal reflex threshold score, finally to the whole execution, mucous membrane pathological examination of three groups of rats found no abnormalities.Conclusion:(1) The two treatments of ginger moxibustion and microwave-ginger moxibustion for diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome, the clinical curative effect is similar, Which is better than the microwave treatment;(2) IBS model experiment results show that Microwave-ginger moxibustion therapy is security and effective;(3) Instead of moxa fire, microwave ginger moxibustion therapy, is more easy to operate and save more manpower, and suitable for clinical promotion.
