Objective: This study from the screening sulfur fumigation process, thedetermination of the active ingredient content, establishing fingerprinting, sulfurdioxide residue and Angelica fumigation deficiency mice before and after sulfurfumigation made quality assessment, and studied the impact of sulfur fumigation toAngelica active ingredients, in order tothe active ingredient content of sulfurfumigation Angelica and a different origin Angelica Pieces to make an objectiveevaluation.Methods:1. Whether determination of the sulfur fumigation by HPLC makinginfluential on ferulic acid in Angelica;2. Whether sulfur fumigation would affect thecontent of Angelica polysaccharide in Angelica by ultravioletspectrophotometry;3.Through HPLC it determinaed content of active ingredients offerulic acid in Angelica Pieces from a different habitats;4. To build the fingerprints ofAngelica Pieces of different origin and the best sulfur fumigation process by HPLC;5.The acid distillation iodine titration determinated SO2residues of Angelica Pieces inthe different origin;6. AAS determinated content of heavy metals of Angelica indifferent origin and Angelica Pieces from the best sulfur fumigation process;7.Determination of pesticide residues of Angelica Pieces in different origin and sulfurfumigation process Angelica Pieces content by GC;8. Automatic biochemical analyzerand hematology analyzer observed blood chemistry, blood indicators of deficiencymice. Results:1.The sulfur fumigation measured the content of ferulic acid and Angelicapolysaccharide in Angelica Pieces;2. Determinating ferulic acid of Angelica Pieces ofdifferent habitats and the content of ferulic acid in Angelica Pieces produced in Gansuof Minxian and Gansu Wudu was highest;3.Establishing fingerprints of AngelicaPieces of different origin and the best sulfur fumigation process;4. Purchased ninebatches of Angelica Pieces in different habitats were fumigated by sulfur, of SO2content was264.8μg.g-1, more than150μg.g-1of sulfur dioxide residue limitsformulated by the State Food and Drug Administration of Chinese herbs and Pieces, which does not meet the requirements, and the long-term consumption can alsocause liver and kidney toxicity;5. Angelica Pieces of different origin, sulfurfumigation and non-fumigation were measured heavy metals and pesticide residues, but were the country within a specified range;6. Blood chemistry, blood indicatorsof mice were in line with the normal indicators. Conclusion:Through measuring the content of active ingredients, SO2residues,heavy metals and pesticide residues, and the establishment of different origin andfingerprint of the best sulfur fumigation process of Angelica Pieces, it provided thebasis for the establishment of quality and safety evaluation of the Angelica Pieces. |
