The Research Of Mechanism Difference In Related Indexes Between Liver-qi Stagnation Syndrome And Liver-qi Invasion Syndrome Of PMDD

Objectives:It is research on the mechanism difference between liver-qi stagnationsyndrome and liver-qi invasion syndrome of PMDD by mensurating Levels of somehormone and neurotransmitter in peripheral blood.Methods:The study use clinical epidemiology survey.We investigate678patientswith PMDD,573people of them were haemospasia to detection levels of5-HT、HCY、ACTH、AT-II、GC、E2. The evaluation and statisties were done using Mierosoft Excell，SPSS17.0，t test.Rusults: Levels of5-HT、HCY and ACTH of patients who are liver-qi stagnationsyndrome is higher than patients who are liver-qi invasion syndrome； but it is almost thesame between two groups levels of AT-II、GC and E2. Using t test,we find that the twogroups have great diversity in the levels of5-HT and HCY,but it is no sense in ACTH、AT-II、E2and GC.Conclusions: Because of two groups patients have great diversity in the levels of5-HT and HCY of peripheral blood,we may know that the mechanism of two groups aredifference.
