The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Wenshenxiaoyu Drink In Treating Peripheral Menpause Syndrome(PMS)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Xiaoyu drink intreating PMS of Kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis, and to provide ascientific basis for its clinical application.Methods:60cases of kidney yangdeficiency and blood stasis perimenopausal syndrome were randomly dividedinto a treatment group (30cases, oral Wenshen Xiaoyu drink), control group(30cases, oral Yougui capsules),30days for a course of treatment,continuousmedication for three courses. Kupperman symptom score were compared beforeand after treatment, and the changes of serum estradiol (E2)、follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)、teinizing hormone (LH)、levels of serumtotal cholesterol (TC)、high density lipoproteinprotein (HDL)、low densitylipoprotein (LDL) level and the differences between the two groups wereovserved.Results:The treatment group and the control group clinical totaleffective rate are93.33%and76.67%, and the two groups have a significantdifference (P <0.001). There is a significant difference (P <0.05) ofKupperman symptom score between the two groups. Serum E2level wassignificantly increased after treatment, FSH and LH were significantlydecreased,the comparison between the two groups was significantly different(P <0.01).The serum lipid parameters of the two groups were significantlyimproved after treatment (P <0.001), the treatment group is better than thecontrol group (P <0.05) in lowering serum total cholesterol、low-densitylipoprotein and increasing high-density lipoprotein. Found no significantadverse reactions in the trial process. Conclusion:The treatment of WenshenXiaoyu drink on Perimenopausal syndrome(PMS) of kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis can be effective in improving various symptoms and has a overallregulatory role. Its mechanism of action may be related to the regulation ofthe endocrine levels; antioxidant, anti-aging; improving blood circulation;improving lipid metabolism; regulation of the immune and other related.
