Objective:Through Monitoring of the ambulatory blood pressure in Perimenopausalwomen of Hypertension, And strict differentiation in accordance with the Dialecticalclassification standards.we in order to explore the correlation between Different TCMsyndrome type and ambulatory blood pressure in Perimenopausal women ofHypertension, then provide new basis of Objective indicators for Hypertensionperimenopausal syndrome differentiation in TCM, So as to better guide clinicalstandardized treatment.Method:Test carried out in140Perimenopausal women of Hypertension patientswho were defined in clinic.Collecting the patients’general information, includingsymptom, sign, tongue, pulse and other clinical informations, then all the patients weredivided into four clinical types according to syndrome differentiation classified in TCM:theLiver-Yang exuberant syndrome,Yin-deficiency and Yang-hyperactivity syndrome, thestagnation of phlegm and the Yin-Yang dual deficiency syndrome, then Monitor theambulatory blood pressure of the patients and analyze these data with the statisticssoftware SPSSl7.0, all the data above were compared among the four clinical types.Results:1. The highest average of24-hour SBP and DBP are all the Liver-Yangexuberant syndrome, having significant difference compared with other three groups(P<0.01);The lowest average of24-hour SBP and DBP are all the Yin-Yang dualdeficiency syndrome, having significant difference compared with other three groups(P<0.01).2.The highest average of24-hour pp are all Yin-deficiency andYang-hyperactivity syndrome,The lowest average of24-hour pp are all the Liver-Yang exuberant syndrome,In addition to the Statistical differences between these two groups(P<0.05), there are no significant difference between other groups(P>0.05).3. The foursyndrome’s burden of24-hour SBP and DBP were higher than the normal, The Liver-Yangexuberant syndrome’s burden of24-hour SBP and DBP were the highest, the difference issignificant (P<0.01);The Yin-Yang dual deficiency syndrome’S burden of24-hour SBPand DBP were the lowest, the difference is significant (P<0.05).4. Regarding thedescendent of the SBP and DBP during night time, the Yin-Yang dual deficiency syndromeis the lowest, having significant difference compared with other groups(P<0.01);Regardingthe descendent of the SBP during night time, the Liver-Yang exuberant syndrome is thehighest, having Statistical significance compared with other groups(P<0.01); Regarding thedescendent of the DBP during night time, the Liver-Yang exuberant syndrome is thehighest,Besides there is statistical significance compared with the Yin-Yang dualdeficiency syndrome(P<0.01),no significant difference compared with other two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:ABPM which is commonly used as a means of monitoring andinspection in Perimenopausal women of Hypertension,The monitoring of its parameters infour groups exist significant differences, revealing that ABPM can provide the certainreference value for the objectivation of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical type inPerimenopausal women of Hypertension,it’s useful to syndrome differentiation classifiedin TCM of hypertension in Perimenopausal women.
