| Objective: A preliminary study of TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen andstomach dysfunction in sepsis patients,observe the effect of YiqiQingreHuashi in thetreatment of sepsis.Objective to compare clinical therapeutic effect and prognosis of thecontrol group and the experimental group.To explore the effect of Wendan Decoction onseptic spleen and stomach dysfunction in patients with clinical efficacy.And to furtherexplore the treatment of dysfunction of the spleen and stomach in patients with sepsis,optimization of treatment measures, improve the sepsis prognosis and increase the survivalrate of the patients.Methods:66patients who in accordance with the inclusion criteria with sepsisdysfunction of the spleen and stomach, randomly assigned into the treatment group1，group2and the control group of three groups.To observe the following indexs’ changes ofthree groups of patients before and after treatment:1.Clinical indicators:All of the patientswere examined with APACHE II score and gastrointestinal dysfunction severity scorebefore and after medication for a week.2.Laboratory indexes:All the patients wereobserved in clinical observation and drug7days after detection of blood PCT, CRP,DAO.Through statistical analysis, compared the effect of the treatment group and thecontrol group.Results: YiQiWendan Decoction can improve the spleen and Stomach Damp-Heat ofspleen and stomach dysfunction in sepsis patients and improve the patients survival rateand the quality of life.Improve the related laboratory parameters:PCT,CRP, plasma diamineoxidase, blood lactate concentration.By statistical analysis, the treatment group curativeeffect surpasses the control group（p＜0.05）.Conclusion: Clinical research shows, YiQiWendan Decoction can improve clinical symptoms, reduce the APACHE II score, improve the nutritional status of the patients andsurvival rate.For a certain clinical value to improve the treatment of sepsis treatment effectof traditional Chinese medicine. |
