Objective: Elderly isolated systolic hypertension (ISH) based on the pulse ofcomprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, kidney and its quantitativeevaluation of ISH intervention effect, observe its dynamic brachial artery blood pressureeffects of ISH subjects. Methods: Randomly divided102cases diagnosed as kidney deficiency type isolatedsystolic hypertension into two groups,51ones in each group. The control group wastreated as oral Levamlodipine besylate tablets, however, the observation group was treatedas the control group plus tonifying kidney and pulse therapy decoction. All patients weretreated for12weeks, the clinical curative effect observation of patients indexes such asreduces systolic hypertension before and after treatment, clinical symptoms, signs andchanges of patients, casual blood pressure,24hours circadian rhythm of blood pressureand pulse pressure etc. Results: In the antihypertensive effect, the depressurization efficiency of80.00%inthe observation group was significantly higher than that of62.7%in control group, so thatthe difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In system integration of kidneydeficiency symptoms, efficiency of improving single indications, the casual blood pressure, ambulatory blood pressure related index and heart rate improvement, two groups ofpatients after treatment were improved significantly compared with those before treatment(P <0.05). and the indicators of observation group after treatment were significantly betterthan the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatmentof kidney deficiency type isolated systolic hypertension can effectively and safely adverseclinical manifestations of kidney deficiency in elderly patients, improve the qualified rate of systolic pressure and pulse pressure indexes, reduce ambulatory blood pressure.Combined Chinese and western medicine treatment of kidney deficiency of isolatedsystolic hypertension is satisfactory, safe, worthy of clinical popularization andapplication. |
