| Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment and thedevelopment of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy. Methods: The clinical data of75patients with cesarean scar pregnancy in The First Affiliated Hospitalof Chong Qing Medical University from January1st,2008to May30th,2012were analyzed retrospectively. Results:28out of75patients wereprimarily misdiagnosed, and the misdiagnosed rate was37.3%.43patientswere treated by hysteroscope operation, among the43patients,38patientswere combined with MTX8–day therapy and oral Mifepristone,4patientswere combined with MTX8–day therapy and high intensity focusedultrasound,1patients was combined with uterine artery embolization(UAE);2patients were treated by laparoscopy;16patients were treatedwith medicine and surgery;3patients had hysterectomy;11patients hadpure oral Mifepristone and MTX8-day therapy.69patients werecured(92%),6patients failed conservative treatment, among the6patients,3patients had the serum HCG-level gradually elevated and demandedleaving hospital,3patients had hystectomy finally. Conclusions: Themisdiagnosed rate of cesarean scar pregnancy is high, ultrasound is theearly and main diagnostic choice, the treatment of hysteroscopy is fast andeffective, high intensity focused ultrasound combined with hysteroscopywill become an impossible fastest and most effective treatment. |
