Multifactor Analysis Of Postoperative Mechanical Ventilation Supporting Time With Congellital Heart Disease

Objective To analyze the multiple factors affecting the postopemtivemechanical ventilation supporting time with congenital heart diseases ofsurgical treatment.Methods A total of217infants by the operation in2012from januaryto october were retrospectively studied to seek the factor affecting theduration of ventilation.The factors inluding the age,weight, pulmonaryhyperpressure，preoperational pulmonary infection，long cross-crampaortic time， long cardiopulmonar aortic time， preoperativealbumin,postoperative complications were analyzed by the stepwiselogistic regression.Conclustion Multivariate stepwise logist analysis showed that thepostoperative complications, preoperative pulmonary infection andextracorporeal circulation time is mechanical ventilation use time of themain influence factors.
