| Objectives：To observe clinical efficacy of Wenshennuangong prescription in treating Luteal type ofrecurrent miscarriage,To investigate the mechanism about influence on hormone levels andovarian artery resistance index of Luteal type of recurrent miscarriage usingWenshennuangong prescription,provide the clinical evidence for in-depth study of traditionalChinese medicine on Luteal type of recurrent miscarriage.Methods：A total of40patients with recurrent abortion of luteal insufficiency patients,randomlydivided into the Chinese medicine treatment group of20cases and Western medicinetreatment group of20cases. The other20patients had normal menstrual rule,thereproductive history of women of childbearing age as normal control group. All patientswere recorded the general condition and were drawn up the main clinical syndrome scorebased on yang deficiency of both spleen and kidney syndromes. Chinese medicine treatmentgroup were received warm kidney and uterus recipe,Western medicine treatment group weregiven progesterone capsules (Yi Maxin),oral,and even served three menstrual cycles.Beforeand after treatment,FSH,LH,PRL hormones level in menstrual cycle day19-21weremeasured and ovarianartery resistance index observed by transvaginal ultrasoundmirror,scoring the comprehensive curative effect and TCM syndrome integral, and in thefirst half of the year in two groups were recorded after stopping pregnancy rate. usingSPSS17.0software analyze statistics.Results：1.Comparison of chinese symptom scores in the two groups before and after treatment,after treatment compared to before treatment were significantly lower in symptom scores,andthere was a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.01).2.Comparison of TCMsymptoms efficacy in the two groups, Chinese medicine group and Western medicine groupwere90%,65%, Western medicine group was obviously lower than that in traditional Chinesemedicine group,the difference has statistical significance(P＜0.05).3.Comparison ofComprehensive efficacy in the two groups, Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group were90%,65%, Western medicine group was obviously lower than that in traditionalChinese medicine group,the difference has statistical significance(P＜0.05).4.Comparison ofthe main single TCM syndrome score before and after treatment, traditional Chinesemedicine group was better than Western medicine group, the difference has statisticalsignificance(P＜0.05).5.After treatment,two groups of patients were significantly lower inPRL, Chinese medicine group decreased more significantly, with western medicine groupwas statistically significant(P＜0.05).6.After treatment,two group of ovarian artery resistanceindex decreased than that before treatment, Chinese medicine group decreased moresignificantly, with western medicine group was statistically significant(P＜0.05).7..Sixmonths after stopping drug, compared two groups of pregnancy rates,Chinese medicine groupwas70%, The group of Western medicine was25%. Western medicine group wassignificantly lower than Chinese medicine group, the difference has statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:This study shows that Wenshennuangong prescription on luteal insufficiency ofrecurrent abortion intervention is effective, it has obvious function on regulating reproductiveendocrine,Wenshennuangong prescription recipe can warm kidney yang,invigorate the spleenand Qi,It’s mechanism fit well with pathogenesis and pathology of this disease.what’smore,this recipe can cure irregular menstruation and recurrent spontaneous abortion due tothe deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.This recipe by kidney yang, spleen qi improvedclinical symptoms, reduced prolactin increases the blood supply to the ovaries, regulate theendocrine disorder as a whole. |
