| Objective: To observe the effects that Mu Dan Particles combined with a cobalt amine,a-lipoic acid have on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), on the superoxide dismutase(SOD),and on hypersensitive c-reactive (hs-CRP), And observing two groups of drugs onDPN different classification of the clinical curative effect. Methods: Divide120patients with diabetes merged DPN randomly into two groups, each groups has60patients. On the basic of glucose-lowering treatment, the Control Groupwas injected0.6g a-lipoic acid+0.9%sodium chloride250ml once a day which must beintravenous drip;A cobalt amine injection500ug, which must be intravenous injection once aday.(the treatment lasted for10days.) The Treatment group were asked to take7g Mu DanParticles three times a day on the basic of the Control Group. The patients of the TreatmentGroup continued taking Mu Dan Particles for one month after they left hospital. This articleaims to study the curative effect of two groups of drugs in the treatment of DPN, bycomparing TCSS, nerve conduction velocity, SOD, as well as hs-CRP changes before andafter the treatment. It is also aims to observe the effects that Mu Dan Particles and the othertwo drugs have on DPN, according to the signs and symptoms of DPN patients who weredivided into two groups, respectively, painful neuropathy, sensory neuropathy, motorneuropathy, through digital evaluation questionnaire, TCSS pain score, the change of theindex such as nerve conduction velocity. The experimental data uses SPSS17.0statisticalanalysis software package to analyse.Results:1.The same group compared before and after treatment, TCSS score andhs-CRP of the both groups were lower than before treatment (P<0.05), while the nerveconduction velocity and SOD were increased (P<0.05).The result above has statisticalsignificance.2.After the treatment, TCSS score and hs-CRP of the treatment groupsignificantly reduced (P<0.05), while nerve conduction velocity and SOD increasedsignificantly (P<0.05). So the improvement magnitude of the treatment group is better than ofthe control group.3.Two groups of patients with different types of clinical curative effectcomparison, feel mental derangement variant treatment group total effectiveness72%, controlgroup total effectiveness41%, comparing the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05); Pain neurosis variant treatment group total effective rate was89%;Control group total effectiveness57%, comparing the two groups after treatment wasstatistically significant (P<0.05); Motor neuropathy variant treatment group total effectiverate was44%; The control group total effective rate42%, two groups after treatmentcompared with no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion: Mu Dan Particles combined with a cobalt amine and a-lipoic acid throughthe advantage of multiple targets for treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with diabetic peripheralneuropathy. The scheme can effectively the curative effect for painful neuropathy is better, Soit is worth clinical popularizing and widely using. |
