The Clinical Study On The Affect Of Wenshen Huoxue Huashi Fang On Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome Of Spleen-kidney Yang Asthenia-type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of Wenshen Huoxue Huashi Fang inthe treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome of spleen-kidney yang astheniatype.Methods: This study use a randomized control study, collect in gansu province hospitalShenBingKe during June2012to November2012clinic cases selection standard of60casesof refractory nephrotic syndrome patients with spleen-kidney yang astheniatype, were dividedinto observation group and chinese traditional medicine group randomly. Two groups ofpatients were given basic treatment, chinese traditional medicine group on foundationtreatment and serving Wenshen Huoxue Huashi Fang. Observe two groups of patients beforeand after the treatment of TCM syndrome integral，and24h urinary protein quantitative,plasma albumin, blood lipids and other biochemical indicators, curative effect and safetyevaluation.Results:(1)TCM syndrome total curative effect, Chinese traditional medicine group totaleffective rate is90.00%, observation group total effective rate is73.33%, two groups of totalcurative effect more significant differences (P<0.05).(2)Two groups of test after the total integral of syndromes are reduced, observationgroup is obviously better than the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).(3)24h urinary protein quantitative were lower after treatment in both groups, traditionalChinese medicine group was better than in the observation group (P<0.05).(4)Tied to elevated plasma albumin in the two groups after treatment, traditional Chinesemedicine group was better than in the observation group (P<0.05).(5) Total cholesterol and triglyceride vinegar were lower after treatment in both groups,traditional Chinese medicine group was better than in the observation group (P<0.05).(6) Complications of Chinese traditional medicine group was46.67%, the incidence ofcomplications of observation group was73.33%, incidence of complications is Chinesetraditional medicine group is better than the observation group (P <0.05).(7) Patients with Scr, BUN, ALT, AST after treatment compared with before in our groupno difference (P>0.05), with no serious adverse reactions in test, safety index withoutexception.Conclusions: Wenshen Huoxue Huashi Fang thetreatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome of spleen-kidney yang astheniatype can improve the comprehensive curative effect,improve the clinical symptoms, reduce urinary protein excretion, elevated plasma albumin,reduce blood fat, less complications, hormone and safe, effective and has broad applicationprospects.
