| Objective:1.To evaluate the clinical significance of sFLC in multiple myeloma (MM);2.Todissuss the relationship between sFLC and myeloma bone disease。Methods:To dectect sFLC content in27newly diagnosed MM patients and30healthypeople using immuno-nephelometric assay; we evaluate their significances in MMpatients‘diagnosis and prognosis;and analyzed their correlations with some other clinicalparameters;we also trace19MM patients who receive chemotherapy and measured theirsFLC levels to investigate the significances of sFLC in patients prognosis;in addition,wetest26newly diagnosed MM patients with MBD and dissuss the relationship between sFLCand myeloma bone disease.Results:1.In27MM newly diagnosed patients,we notice that27patients (100%) weredetected with abnormal sFLCs and it was more sensitive than immunofixationelectrophoresis and serum protein electrophoresis.2..The sFLC degree of decline are related to treatment efficy.3. The sFLC-κlevels are related to MBDConclisions:The measurement of sFLC by immuno-nephelometric assay was sensivitive inMM diagnosis and can reflect the prognosis and degree of MBD.2.The measurement of sFLC is a simple and convenient test and worthy of promotion. |
