Since the beginning of this century, cardiovascular disease has become the numberone killer of human health, and this posed a challenge to the world health system.Coronary angiography is a common means of clinical diagnosis and treatment ofcardiovascular disease, in order to provide more intuitive and accurate angiographicfindings to the doctor, the theory of three-dimensional reconstruction of coronaryangiography came into being. This paper is based on the existing three-dimensionalreconstruction theory and to perfect it, and to make this method to meet the requirementof automated quantitative medical diagnosis more. The principles and methods of matching in the three-dimensional reconstructionwere analyzed in this paper firstly, and a matching method of spatio-temporalcharacteristics constraints multi-scales collaborative matching with the overlappingpattern detection was proposed; improves the accuracy and robustness of the matchingand the precision for reconstruction was improved with this method. In view of motioncompensation of the monoplane angiography reconstruction, this paper presents themethod of extracting breathing movement automatically which is a more automaticallythan the original manual extracting method; single sequence breathing parameters can notonly be automatically extracted, the different perspective image sequences can also beextracted automatically with the method. And then the three-dimensional reconstructionof the breathing movement and the heart movement can be done by the breathingmovement parameters and heart movement parameters of angiography sequences withtwo different angles. Finally this paper based on sparse optical flow analyzes the two-dimensional andthree-dimensional motion of angiographic image sequences, and coronary movementmodel library has been updated; and the results of the three-dimensional motion analysiswere quantified to estimate the parameters of the deformation of the shape model, thusshape model of the heart surface was established; the quantitative expression of the movement of the heart can be realized. |
