The expression rate of ICAM-1ingastric cardia carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in adjacent normalgastric cardia tissue [75.00%(45/60)Vs33.00%(10/30), P<0.05].â‘¡The expressionof Ezrin, E-cadherin and ICAM-1were significantly correlated with depth of tumorinvasion, lymph node metastasis, differentiation and TNM stages (P<0.05), but notcorrelated with age and gender of patients (P>0.05). The positive rates of Ezrin proteinin stageâ… ,â…¡and â…¢were30.00%(3/10)ã€61.29%(19/31)ã€84.21%(16/19), indifferentiation of high, medium and low differentiation were14.29%(1/7)ã€65.91%(29/44)ã€88.89%(8/9), in lymph node metastasis and no lymph node metastasis were82.86%(29/35) and36.00%(9/25) in gastric cardia carcinoma tissue; The positiverates of E-cadherin protein in stageâ… ,â…¡ and â…¢ were90.00%(9/10)ã€48.39%(15/31)ã€26.32%(5/19) in differentiation of high, medium and lowdifferentiation were85.71%(6/7)ã€47.73%(21/44)ã€22.22%(2/9),in lymphnode metastasis and no lymph node metastasis were31.43%(11/35)和72.00% (18/25)in gastric cardia carcinoma tissue; The positive rates of ICAM-1protein instageâ… ,â…¡and â…¢ were30.00%(3/10)ã€77.42%(24/31)ã€94.74%(18/19),in differentiation of high, medium and low differentiation were28.57%(2/7)ã€77.27%(34/44)ã€100.00%(9/9),in lymph node metastasis and no lymph nodemetastasis were88.57%(31/35)和56.00%(14/25)in gastric cardia carcinomatissue;â‘¢The expression of E-cadherin protein with the expression of Ezrin andICAM-1was a significant negative correlation (rï¼-0.302,rï¼-0.354,P <0.05); Theexpression of Ezrin and ICAM-1was was a Significant positive correlation (rï¼0.359,P <0.05).Conclusion:1. The expression of Ezrin and ICAM-1protein in gastric cardiacarcinoma tissue was significantly higher than normal tissue, which suggested that theabnormal expression of Ezrin and ICAM-1may be related to the occurrence anddevelopment of gastric cardia carcinoma are closely related.2. The expression of E-cadherin protein in normal Gastric Cardiac tissues wassignificantly higher than in gastric cardia carcinoma tissue, which suggested that theabnormal expression of E-cadherin may be related to the occurrence and developmentof gastric cardia carcinoma are closely related.3. The expression of Ezrin, E-cadherin and ICAM-1in gastric cardia carcinomatissue were significantly related with tumor differentiation, depth of invasion, lymphnode metastasis,TNM stages.Suggested that these proteins may be related to thedegree of malignancyã€invasion and metastasis of gastric cardia carcinoma.4. The expression of E-cadherin protein with the expression of Ezrin and ICAM-1was a significant negative correlation, Ezrin and ICAM-1was a significant positivecorrelation. They might be involved in the proliferation and differentiation of tumorcells. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Gastric cardia carcinoma, Ezrin, E-cadherin, ICAM-1, Immunohistochemistry | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
