Objective:To discuss the relationship between blood pressure variation and coronary artery lesions.Methods:400patients whoes aged30~82that undergoing coronary angiography were selected,whichincluding male251, female149cases,the average age of these patients was57.75±11.26years old.Bloodpressure was monitored in all cases in the24h after the operative and recording it,then recording the bloodpressure and calculating the blood pressure variation coefficient and PPI.Results:1. Normal blood pressure in patients with coronary artery disease group is significantly higherthan coronary blood pressure variability normal group,24h SBPSD, dSBPSD, dDBPSD, nSBPSD,24hSBPCV, dSBPCV, dDBPCV, nSBPCV,d dynamic PP, n dynamic PP,24h dynamic PP,24h PPI, dPPI, nPPIand the Gensini score were significantly higher than those of normal group (P <0.05)。2. High blood pressure in patients with coronary artery disease group is significantly higher than coronaryblood pressure variability normal group,24h SBPSD,24h DBPSD, dSBPSD, nSBPSD,24h SBPCV,24hDBPCV, dSBPCV, dDBPCV, dynamic PP,24d dynamic PP, n dynamic PP,24h PPI, dPPI, nPPI and theGensini score are significantly higher than those in normal group (P <0.05)。3. Hypertension (EH) group is significantly higher than the blood pressure variability EH group,24hSBPSD, dSBPSD, dDBPSD, dSBPCV, nSBPCV, nPP,24h PP, dPP,24hPPI, dPPI, nPPI were significantlyhigher than in non hypertension group (P <0.05).4. Correlation analysis showed that24h systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure coefficient ofvariability, and the day of systolic pressure coefficient of variability and diastolic blood pressure coefficientof variability respectively systolic and diastolic blood pressure at night was positively correlated with thecorresponding period of ambulatory blood pressure standard deviation, correlation coefficient were0.748,0.748,0.758,0.769,0.821,0.826, P=0.000); Dynamic24hPP and24hSBPSD were positively correlated,dPP and dSBPSD were positively correlated, nPP and nSBPSD were positively correlated, dynamic24hPPI positively correlated with24h SBPSD, dPPI and dSBPSD were positively correlated (P<0.05).5. Single, double and three branch arteries lesion group and24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoringparameters,24h SBPSD, dSBPSD, nSBPSD,24h SBPCV,24h DBPCV, dSBPCV, dDBPCV, nSBPCV,nDBPCV, nPP,24h PP, dPP,24hPPI producer prices were significantly higher in the coronary artery normalgroup (P <0.05), and the dynamic blood pressure coefficient of variability, dynamic pulse pressure indexincreased with the increase of narrow counts increase gradually. Blood pressure variability is graduallyincreasing with the increase of the coronary vascular lesion counts.6. Single factor correlation analysis: the results showed that age, history of hypertension, diabetes,24hSBPCV,24h DBPCV, dSBPCV, dDBPCV, nSBPCV, nPP,24h PP, dPP,24hPPI, dPPI,nPPI have obviouscorrelation with the incidence of CHD (P <0.05).7. Multiariable logistic regression analysis results showed that24h SBPSD, nSBPSD,24hSBPCV, dSBPCV,24hPP, dPP,24h PPI producer prices in the predictive value of coronary artery narrow degree degree haveindependent,24h SBPSD,24h PP,24h SBPCV and24h PPI are closely related to other factors and degreeof coronary artery lesions;And24h systolic blood pressure variability and the degree of coronary artery lesions than other correlation factors and CHD more closely degree of coronary stenosis (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Normal blood pressure and blood pressure variability in hypertensive patients increases thatassociated with the degree of coronary artery lesions, and the blood pressure of hypertension patients isgreater than the normal blood pressure variability of blood pressure variability.2.24h SBPSD, nSBPSD,24h SBP coefficient of variability, dSBP coefficient of variability,24h PP, dPP,24hPPI, producer prices in the day are the important influencing factors of coronary artery pathologicalchanges, can promote the increase of degree of coronary artery lesions. And blood pressure variability (24hSBPSD,24h SBP coefficient of variation,24h PP,24hPPI) is closely related to the coronary artery lesions.3.Blood pressure variability increase is closely related to the occurrence of coronary heart disease (CHD),coronary stenosis, the higher the score, the narrow count, the more blood pressure variability is predict theseverity of coronary heart disease and the important reference index.4.Significant change in blood pressure variability in patients with coronary heart disease, but patients withnormal blood pressure and abnormal blood pressure variability is associated with the degree of coronaryartery lesions. |
