Objective: Study of plasma homocysteine, high sensitivity C reactive protein, hearttype fatty acid binding protein, and ischemia modified albumin, level of risk stratificationin acute coronary syndrome in the clinical application, for clinicians to patients with ACSdisease risk degree assessment, accurate and provide experimental basis for clinicaltreatment of. Methods:From2012April to2012case group in November in Our HospitalCardiovascular Department of internal medicine hospitalization of82patients with ACS,select and physical health of89cases as the normal control group. Hcy-s the BackmanDXC800automatic biochemical analyzer detection; hs-CRP uses the United StatesBackman special protein analyzer; H-FABP method using AU2700; IMA Olympusautomatic biochemical analyzer. Results:(1)Hcy-s in the risk stratification of group andthe control group was significant (P <0.05), but in the risk stratification of no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05).(2)hs-CRP in high risk group, medium risk group and the controlgroup was statistically significant (P <0.05), the low risk group and the control group hadno statistical significance (P>0.05), risk group and the low risk group was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05), the low risk group and risk groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), medium risk group and high risk group had no statistical significance (P>0.05).(3)H-FABP、IMA risk group and the low risk group was statistically significant (P <0.05),the low risk group and risk groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), medium riskgroup and high risk group had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusions:(1)Hcy-sin the early diagnosis of ACS has a certain reference value, but its plasma concentration inpatients with ACS disease was not as dangerous degree increases.(2)hs-CRP detection inthe early diagnosis of ACS has a certain reference value.(3)The level of plasma hs-CRP、H-FABP、IMA may be present with disease risk degree, its concentration increases withthe patients. risk stratification has high clinical value for the clinician, patients with timely,reasonable treatment to help.
