Objective:This paper aims to better guide the clinical treatment of Alzheimer’sdisease by summarizing the drup laws of treating Alzheimer’s disease taken by doctors oftraditional Chinese medicine in modern times and analyzing the difference between thatoftraditional Chinese medicine in the South and that of the doctors in the north.Methods:By using the internetwork and library resources,it collects the literature of thetreatment of Alzheimer’s disease by doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in moderntimes.And by using the traditional literature method and the prescription metrdogy methodit selects and sorts the prescription information of the literature. Furthermore, it compilesthe data by the statistical method of frequency analysis, z-test, rank sum test and clusteranalysis.Results: Of271prescriptions there are223kinds of traditional Chinese medicineare shared with3354frequencies of all the medicines the cumulative frequency of tonicdeficiency medicine, blood-activating and stasis-dissolving medicine, heat-clearing drug,tranquilizing drugs, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma medicine,diuretics for eliminating dampness,inducing resuscitation drugs, astringent drug,calmingliver to stop endogenous wind drugs,regulating QI flow drugs, relieving exterior syndromedrugs, dispelling internal cold drugs reached up to96.24%. The four nature of drugs arereflected more by warm, cold and calm ones with a cumulative frequency reached up to93.41%. Of the five flavors, a sweet, pungent and bitter ones are mainly used, thecumulative of which frequency reached up to92.13%. Of the channel tropism medicinesmost of them act on the liver,heart, spleen lung and kidney channels, with a cumulativefrequency of98.09%.There is no significant difference between the physicians used in thetreatment of Alzheimer’s disease by the doctors by the doctors of traditional Chinesemedicine in the south and north with regard to four nature,five flaours and channels. So itindicates that in general the prescriptions used in these aspects by doctors of traditionalChinese medicine in two areas are similar with each other. In trems of high frequency usedrugs, according to the cluster analysis in the traditional Chinese physicians’ prescriptionsthe five flaours can be divided into different classes, In the sourth pungent and salty shall be into a class, sour and bitter into a class sweet into a class, in the north, pungent andbitter shall be into a class, sour and sweet into a class. For both onal Chineseprescriptions in the south and north,the four nature to be divided three classes: cold andhot into a class,clam into a class and warm into a class in terms of channel tropismmedicines. In the south, medicines acting on spleen and stomach channels are considerd asa class, liver and gall channels into a class, kidney channels into a class.From the above, itindicates that there exist certain regional features in the prescriptions of the doctors oftraditional Chinese medicine in the south and north.Conclusion: Deficiency, mainlydeficiency in Qi blood Yin Yang, and secondary excess, mostly showed onConception-Thoroughfare Vessel disharmony are the major causes of the Alzheimer’sdisease. Treatment in accordance with local conditions and patient’s individualitives on thebasis of nourishing and activating blood circulation by dissipating blood stasis andremoving heat-phlegm are the basic principles to treat Alzheimer’s disease. |
