ObjectivesTo assess the related factors for threatened abortion. To study the strength and relations withinthe related factors and to analyse pregnancy outcomes were foloowed up in344cases researchobject.According to scientific eviendence provided by study, making nursing corresponding interventionsfor pregnant women.MethodsThe factors influencing The factors influencing the incidence of threatened abortion were studiedby using A-case-control study. Choosing department of maternal hospitals in Kaifeng. Between August2011and January2012, to select patients172cases and in the test group(172cases).The contents of investigation:①general condition questionnaire;②disease data of pregnantwomen;③pregnant women life event scale (LESPW), to understand the psychological health status ofpregnant women.④life events scale for pregnant women and pregnancy pressure scale to evaluation theeffect of the psychological stress levels to pregnant women.344valid questionnaires were received throughface-to-face investigating. Epidata3.1software and were analyzed by SPSS17.0statistical software, Thestatistical methods include:Chis-quare test, t-test、the single-variance analysis and multifactor Logisticregression(a=0.05, a=0.10, if P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant). analysis were used tofind out risk factors relating to the rate of abortion. To calculate the risk factors associated with threatenedabortion of strength (OR value) and95%CI.Results1There were344cases in this study, which were composed of172cases in case group and172cases in control group. The average age was (27.46±4.41).The differences in age, nationality, place ofresidence between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).2In the mother and immediate family members who had history of abortion between two groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Threatened abortion could occur in the person whoexpect more than three times (P<0.05); The woman who has a history of abortion or abortion of pregnant were more likely to happen threatening miscarriage (P<0.05).The early pregnancy with cervicitis, uterusand accessory cyst disease of pregnant women were threatening miscarriage risk factors (P<0.05);progestational health check-up is the protection factor in threatened abortion group (P<0.05).3Cases group folow yiled higher than control(P<0.05), threatened abortion easy in newbornpremature and fetal memberance (P<0.05).4Corresponding nursing strategies the two group studies showed that threatened abortion ofpregnant women had low level of healthy body, as community nursers, in order to decreased of threatenedabortion incidence, should take some corresponding nursing strategies base on their healthy problems andpsychological nursing for pregnant women service needs.Conclusion1.Threatened abortion is a multifactor disease caused by physical and psychological. Medicalworkers should enhance the promotion of preventive health care during pregnancy and adopt preventionmeasures.2. The history of spontaneous abortion, history of abortion, history of disease before pregnancy,endocrine disease history, passive smoking during pregnancy, negative life events stress during pregnancyare the main risk factors of threatened abortion. Progestational health check-up is the protection factor.
