| Objective: To explore the change of mean platelet volume, fibrinogen,NT-proBNP and left atrium diameter levels in patients with atrial fibrillation andanalyze the value of change on prediction the occurrence of atrial fibrillation andprethrombotic state.Method: A total of125patients were enrolled and divided into two groups:control group (n=44), atrial fibrillation(n=81) group; Then according to the result ofthe cardiac color doppler or head computed tomography, the patients withnonvalvular atrial fibrillation were divide into two groups, thrombosis group(n=19),non-thrombosis group(n=62). Clinical history was recorded, triglyceride (TG), highdensity lipoprotei-n cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), total cholesterol (TC), NT-proBNP, mean platelet volume, fibrinogen andleft atrium diameter levels were measured. The correlation between atrial fibrillationand various indicators was analysed.Result:1) NT-proBNP, mean platelet volume, fibrinogen and left atriumdiameter level in atrial fibrillation group was significantly higher than that in controlgroup;2) Pearson analysis found that mean platelet volume and left atrial diameter, fibrinogen was positively related to the relationship in patients with atrial fibrillation; And left atrial and fibrinogen was positively related to the relationship in patientswith atrial fibrillation.3) Logistic analysis found that mean platelet volume and leftatrial diameter related with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.4) Compared withnon-thrombosis group, mean platelet volume and fibrinogen level in thrombosisgroup was significantly higher; NT-proBNP, left atrial diameter level in thrombosisgroup was higher than that in the non-thrombosis group, but the difference was notstatistically significant. Comclusions: Patients with atrial fibrillation exist prethrombotic state; Meanplatelet volume and left atrial diameter were the risk factors of aratrial fibrillation; And these indicators may have some value for prediction the occurrenc of atrialfibrillation. |
