Background With the aging of the population to increase the number of patients withlow back pain and in-depth researches about Biomechanics spinal sagittal,Pelvicmorphology parameters and sequence as a continuation of the spine, the gravity of thebody is transferred to the lower limbs, to maintain the spinal sagittal balance play animportant role and low back pain in patients with sagittal spine and pelvis relatedparameters are abnormal.Patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis and lumbar vertebralspondylolisthesis lead to spinal sagittal balance again, as a typical spinal sagittalimbalance to balance, provide good material for the study of the relationship betweenpelvic sequence and parameters and spinal sagittal parameters. With the currentradiography technique and the improvement of the widely used image analysis software, the lumbar spondylolisthesis sagittal spinal alignment parameters and the relationshipbetween pelvic parameters are quite a number of foreign literature [1-16],The resultsshow not only the lumbar spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis of lumbar vertebralbodies, but the entire spine appear a series of sagittal parameters in the sagittal changesi.e.thoracic kyphosis (thoracic kyphosis, TK) decreased, lumbar lordosis (lumbarlordosis, LL) increase, pelvic incidence (pelvic incidence, PI) increase, pelvic tiltangle (pelvic tilt, PT) increased, sacral inclination (sacrum slop, SS),After the relatedparameters are also related to change. On the causal relationship between lumbarspondylolisthesis sagittal imbalance and spondylolisthesis is unclear, at present ourcountry reports on operation in patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis methods in thetreatment of many [17],The relationship between lumbar spinal sagittal parameters andpelvic sequence parameter has still not learned from other literature. In order to understand the problem in the experiment of lumbar spondylolisthesis patients in ourhospital as an example, the whole spine including parameter determination of spinalsagittal alignment and pelvic morphology and sagittal sequence of bilateral hip X-ray,the parameters of the correlation among the parameters were compared with the normalvalue, further comparison between in order to understand the difference, given therelevant reference for the clinical treatment of related diseases. Objective Using Orthocrat Traumacad v2.0software in our department of lumbar spineradiography (including bilateral hip) on the measurement of spinal sagittal parametersand pelvic parameters between patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis, spinal and pelvicalignment change and change the parameters in the sagittal plane between the. Methods Using the2011to2012September in our department lumbar spondylolysisand spondylolisthesis in25patients the lateral spine (including bilateral hip) of X-raymeasurement of spinal sagittal index in Orthocrat Traumacad v2.0software:the spinalsagittal vertical axis (S1and C7plumb line C7PL distance, SVA),thoracickyphosis(TK),lumbar lordosis (LL),pelvic tilt (PT),sacrum slop(SS),pelvicincidence(PI)Results Statistically significant differences(p<0.05) were found for TK,LL,PT,SS and PIbetween the spondylolisthesis and those reported in historical normal subjects, the meanTK (37.0±6.3) was lower than those in normal subjects,whileLL(55.3±6.9),PT(18.5±5.2),SS(43.1±5.1) and PI(61.6±8.2) were much higher insubjects with spondylolisthesis than in the those in normal subjects; Found a significantcorrelation (Pearson’s bilateral test) between the following variables:PI and SS,PI andPT,PI and LL,SS and LL Conclusions Lumbar spondylolisthesis of the whole spine sagittal biology force lineimbalance sagittal balance again, eventually led to the thoracic spine curvaturedecreases, lumbar curvature increase and lumbar spondylolisthesis patients with pelvicpelvic parameter value increase.
