Objective:Observation the clinical curative efficiency of the treatment of qi deficiency of heart and gall insomnia by TIP sleeps regulation and control technology with drug.Method:240patients with qi deficiency of heart and gall insomnia in Guang’an Men hospital (sleep thematic outpatient) were Randomly divided into four groups (Chinese medicine group, western medicine group, Chinese medicine plus psychotherapy group and western medicine plus psychotherapy group).60patiens were in each group.Patients in Chinese medicine group took boiled-water-granules Wen Dan Ning Xin grain,6g once and3times a day. Patients in western medicine group took1-2Estazolam Tablets half an hour before sleeping, their dose would be adjusted by the severity of the disease. Patients in Chinese medicine plus psychotherapy group would be treated by TIP sleeps regulation and control technology in addition to taking boiled-water-granules Wen Dan Ning Xin grain. Patients in western medicine plus psychotherapy group would be treated by TIP sleeps regulation and control technology in addition to taking Estazolam Tablets. All the patients’ PSQI, SPEIGEL and symptom of qi deficiency of heart and gall insomnia will be measured before they join the group and leave the group a month later.Result1Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)Curative effect comparison among groups:Treated4weeks later, the total effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine group was29.63%. The total effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group was44.23%. The total effective rate of western medicine group was11.11%. The total effective rate of western medicine plus psychological group was28.57%. Comparing PSQI total score among four groups, the difference was statistically significant p=0.011). Comparing PSQI total score between Chinese traditional medicine group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.026) and the curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine group was better than western medicine group. Comparing PSQI total score between Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.001) and the curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group was better than western medicine group. Comparing PSQI total score between western medicine plus psychological group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.025) and the curative effect of western medicine plus psychological group was better than western medicine group.Points rate comparisons among groups:Comparing PSQI points rate among four groups, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.002). Comparing PSQI points rate between Chinese traditional medicine group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.010) and the curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine group was better than western medicine group. Comparing PSQI points rate between Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.000) and the curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group was better than western medicine group. Comparing PSQI points rate between western medicine plus psychological group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.005) and the curative effect of western medicine plus psychological group was better than western medicine group.Score changes comparison before and after treatment among groups: Comparing PSQI score among four groups before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (p=0.944). Comparing PSQI score among four groups4weeks later, the difference was statistically significant (p=0.031). Comparing PSQI score changes among four groups4weeks later, the difference was statistically significant (p=0.003).Comparing PSQI score changes between Chinese traditional medicine group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.014) and the curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine group was better than western medicine group. Comparing PSQI score changes between Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.000) and the curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group was better than western medicine group. Comparing PSQI score changes between western medicine plus psychological group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.007) and the curative effect of western medicine plus psychological group was better than western medicine group.2SPIEGEL IndexComparing SPIEGEL score among four groups4weeks later, the difference was statistically significant (p=0.010). Comparing SPIEGEL score4weeks later between Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.004) and the curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group was better than western medicine group. Comparing SPIEGEI. score4weeks later between western medicine plus psychological group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant p=0.003) and the curative effect of western medicine plus psychological group was better than western medicine group. Comparing SPIEGEL score changes before and after treatment among four groups, the difference was not statistically significant (p=0.251).3Symptom of qi deficiency of heart and gall insomniaCurative effect comparison among groups:Treated4weeks later, the total effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine group was55.56%. The total effective rate of Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group was55.77%. The total effective rate of western medicine group was37.78%. The total effective rate of western medicine plus psychological group was60.71%. Comparing the total score between western medicine plus psychological group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.010) and the curative effect of western medicine plus psychological group was better than western medicine group. Points rate comparisons among groups:Comparing the points rate among four groups, the difference was statistically significant (p=0.004). Comparing the points rate between western medicine plus psychological group and Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.039) and the curative effect of western medicine plus psychological group was better than Chinese traditional medicine plus psychological group. Comparing the points rate between western medicine plus psychological group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.001) and the curative effect of western medicine plus psychological group was better than western medicine group.Score changes comparison before and after treatment among groups: Comparing the score among four groups4weeks later, the difference was statistically significant (p=0.035). Comparing the score changes before and after treatment among four groups, the difference was statistically significant (p=0.010).Comparing the score changes between Chinese traditional medicine group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.036) and the curative effect of Chinese traditional medicine group was better than western medicine group. Comparing the score changes between western medicine plus psychological group and western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant(p=0.002) and the curative effect of western medicine plus psychological group was better than western medicine group.Conclusion1This study suggests four kinds of intervention methods for qi deficiency of heart and gall insomnia had improved in different degrees. Primary study on qi deficiency of heart and gall insomnia shows that the intervention methods of TIP sleeps regulation and control technology combined with drug were more effective than simply using drug intervention and the the intervention method of boiled-water-granules Wen Dan Ning Xin grain was better than the Estazolam Tablets intervention.2This study suggests that four kinds of intervention methods on symptom of heart and gallbladder qi deficiency insomnia had improved in different degrees. The intervention methods of TIP sleeps regulation and control technology combined with drug were more effective than simply using drug intervention and the Estazolam Tablets intervention was worst of the four.
