The Clinical Analysis Of Cook Guide Wire On Treatment Of Infertility Caused By Tubal Obstruction With Hysteroscopy Association Laparoscopy

Objective: To explore hysteroscopy, laparoscopy combined cook guide wire treatment of tubal obstructioninfertility clinical effect.Methods:28patients with tubal obstruction infertility who were admitted by the hysterosalpingography orhysteroscopic tubal intubation were retrospectively analyzed in November2011to October2012byShihezi university medical school first affiliated hospital of obstetrics and gynecology.28cases of tubalobstruction infertility were treated by hysteroscopy, laparoscopy combined with surgery. Under thehysteroscopic and laparoscopic direct vision, the uterine cavity, pelvic cavity and the fallopian tubeappearance can be understood, surgical treatment of merger pathological changes can be carried outaccordingly. Then under hysteroscopy in laparoscopic surveillance cook guide wire treatment look straightdownside of tubal obstruction. Observe hysteroscopy, laparoscopy combined cook guide wire in thetreatment of tubal patency rate, postoperative follow-up of patients with pregnancy situation.Results:28patients via palace laparoscopic found widely palace adhesions23patinets,5cases merger ofendometriosis lesions,9cases of merger hydrosalpinx,5cases merger of endometrial polyps and5cases ofuterine cavity adhesion. Preoperative diagnosis of obstruction of55tubes, through palace laparoscopictubal intubation to liquid,47fallopian tubes show different degree of obstruction. After treatment withhysteroscopy, laparoscopy combined cook guide wire,15department blocked fallopian tubes wereunblocked in18cases, failure2;8isthmus blocked fallopian tubes were unblocked in13cases, failure3;7pot belly blocked fallopian tubes were through but not free in9cases, failure2;1oviduct umbrella endwere unblocked in7,6tubes were through but not free. Postoperative tubal patency rate was51.06%.Postoperative follow-up of28cases with212months,6cases of intrauterine pregnancy.Conclusions: Hysteroscopy, laparoscopy combined cook guide wire treatment of tubal obstructioninfertility, make up for the limitations of single hysteroscopy or laparoscopy. The operation mode can givefull play to their strengths, make more clear the blocked part and degree of fallopian tube, enhancing thetubal patency rate and obstructive infertile patients probability of conception. Cook laparoscopic jointvisual, minimally invasive, comprehensive, good effect and success rate higher characteristic, is the idealmethod in treatment of fallopian tube correcting infertility.
