Analysis of atorvastatin calcium is not blocking for expression CD40/CD154statins atorvastatin calcium in the prevention and treatment of CDH in clinical importance.Methods:Affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science&Technology, Central Hospital60healthy subjects in patients with coronary heart disease and cardiovascular hospital specialist Jingzhou80, the first group of80people divided into two groups:60cases in healthy group. Case group and then divided into three groups:the UAP group of35people (including20Male and15Female), the AMI group25persons (including15Male and10Female), SAP group (including10Male and10Female), second group of80patients were randomly under atorvastatin20mg/d (37patients) and40mg/d (43patients) treated with drugs. Drug use and consumption after4weeks, measured the levels of blood lipids, the probability of cardiac cTnI and T cell costimulatory molecules CD40peripherals such as CD154and CD40expression in cells nucleated. The automatic biochemical analysis application serum lipid (TC, TG, LDL-L, HDL-L), the detection application fully automated chemiluminescent immunoassay of cardiac cTnI, detected by flow cytometry of blood peripheral T cell surface costimulatory molecules CD40and CD40ligand CD154expression of the nucleated cells. Group cases before treatment drugs, and the use of different doses of atorvastatin calcium (20mg/d,40mg/d) after treatment, blood lipids, cTnI, CD40and CD40ligand CD154expression rate in nucleated cells of the system:(1) Atorvastatin (20mg/d) Treatment:UAP group TC, LDL-C, HDL-L and CD40with CD40and CD154body nucleated cell expression rate is no significant difference (P<0.01), group SAP LDL-L, HDL-L and CD40with CD40and CD154on the body of the expression rate of nucleated cells is no significant difference (P<0.01) differences in level of CT in sex (P<0.05), group AMI TC, LDL-C, HDL-L, cTnI and CD40and CD40ligand CD154expression rates were significantly different (P<0.01) nucleated cells.(2) Atorvastatin(40mg/d) Treatment:UAP group LDL-C, HDL-L and CD40and CD40ligand CD154expression rate of nucleated cells were significantly different (P<0.01);TC, TG level difference, the group rate of SAP LDL-L, HDL-L and CD40ligand and CD40, CD154expressed on nucleated cells are a significant difference (P<0.01);AMI group TC, LDL-C, HDL-L cTnI level of CD40and CD40ligand CD154expression rates were significantly different (P<0.01) on the nucleated cells;5. Group of cases:the different doses of atorvastatin (20mg/d and40mg/d) after treatment, blood lipids, cTnI, CD40and CD40ligand CD154expression rate nucleated cells:TC, TG, HDL-L and CD40and CD40ligand rate data showed a significant difference CD154expression on nucleated cells(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. In patients with coronary heart disease, including UAP, AMI, SAP group, the blood of CD154, CD40and CD40ligand expression rate of nucleated cells compared to healthy subjects showed significant increases in statistically significant, suggesting that:CD40ã€CD154and CD40with body and heart disease are closely related. Coronary heart quantization levels in the incidence of coronary heart disease risk has good predictive value;2. Atorvastatin different doses (20mg/d and40mg/d) after treatment in patients with coronary heart disease, including UAP, AMI, SAP three groups, blood TC, TG, LDL-L and CD40, CD154expression rate nucleated cells are different degrees of reduction, they have different levels of HDL-L level rise, AMI patients following cTnI atorvastatin different doses (20mg/d and40mg/d) after treatment with different degrees of deterioration.
