Objective:Comorbiding depression incidence of Parkinson’s disease, and analyse itsrelated influencing factors, correlation with movement symptoms and the no-motorsymptoms. Methods:Evaluating the109cases of idiopathic Parkinson’s disease who cometo first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university neurology clinic for follow-upvisit from November2011to December2012with depression self rating scale, Hamiltondepression rating scale, unified Parkinson disease rating scale and self-made generalquestionnaire. Detailed record the gender, age, age of onset, duration, etc. Generalsituation. Analyse the Parkinson’s disease incidence of depressive state of this group ofpatients with Inspection and other statistical methods. Result:There are63cases in109PD patients without depression group accounting for57.8%. Incidence of Parkinson’sdisease comorbid depression cases accounting for42.2%(46/109). The incidence of milddepression accounting for10.1%(11/109). Moderate depression incidence accounting for28.4%(31/109) and severe depression incidence accounting for3.7%(4/109). There weresignificant differences in the course of the disease (P=0.007), gender (P=0.001), degreeof disease severity (P=0.000) and levodopa medication (P=0.000). Logistic regressionanalysis, the results suggest that, in accordance with standard regression coefficient SortPD associated with depressive state influencing factors were sex, dyskinesia severity anddisease severity and levodopa drug-taking situation.Conclusion:Depression is one of thecommon non-motor symptoms of PD. PD with depression seriously affect the quality oflife of patients. |
