The Life Quality Influence Of Follicular Carcinoma Of Thyroid Afteroperation With¹³¹I Treatments

Objective：To investigate the influence of¹³¹I treatments to follicular carcinoma ofthyroid afteroperationpatients’ recent life quality.Methods：Clinical data of47FTCpatients who pathologic diagnosisintraoperative at NO1affiliated hospital of xinjiangmedical university from January.2002to Dec.2012were analyzed.They were followed upfor period ranging between the time from2months to10years.Kapian-Meiermethod,Log-lang test were used to anailze the prognostic variables of thyroid carcinomaby SPSS17.0soft wares,P＜0.05was considered statistically significant.Results：In thisdata, the male18people, the female29people, the han nationality31people, and theminority16people, patients age from30to71years old, the average age is45, and36patients tohaving¹³¹I treatments after operation,the rest patients is on thecontrary.Baseline information have no statistics differences in the hand ofnation（P=0.234） and gender（P=0.163）.The data ofhaving¹³¹I treatments after operation andthe rest patients have differencestatistical significance on Survival quality dimensions（P＜0.05）.The data of having¹³¹I treatments after operation have statistical significanceonage、 modus operandi（bolo-ectomy or premodinantly-ectomy）、 cervical lymph nodymetastasis （scavengeLymph node of neck or not） and clinical stage （P＜0.05）.Conclusion： The Survival quality dimensions offollicularcarcinoma of thyroidafteroperation with¹³¹I treatmentspatencyaffect.
