Serious harm to human health, one of the three diseases, cerebrovascular disease, isthe second largest cause of human death disease [1-2], with a high morbidity andcharacteristics of high incidence and high mortality. Ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD) accounted for80%of all cerebrovascular disease [3]. Parkinson’s disease, alsoknown as paralysis agitans, is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system of themost common in the elderly. Between the two different levels of a serious impact on thequality of life of the elderly. Objective: To investigate the coexistence of Parkinson’sdisease and cerebrovascular disease, to provide an objective basis for future Parkinsonpatients suffering from cerebrovascular disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The retrospective analysis of the clinical data of100patients with PD patients, from the analysis of the pathophysiological mechanisms of cerebrovascular disease, riskfactors, imaging findings, and the probability of Parkinson patients suffering fromcerebrovascular disease, results:1. According to the patient’s past history and bloodhomocysteine values, triglyceride values, high density lipoprotein, low-density lipoproteinresults from one hundred Parkinson’s patients to identify risk factors associated withcerebrovascular disease, Parkinson47(47%) patients, in patients with cerebrovasculardisease risk factors accompanied by a factor of22(46.8%), two risk factors,19(40.4%),three or more dangerous factors6(12.76%), and is not associated with anycerebrovascular disease risk factors in patients with and53(53%). According to thepatient’s diagnosis and previous history of stroke, divided into Parkinson’s patients withcerebral vascular disease,48(47%) or not associated with cerebrovascular disease,Parkinson’s disease patients,52(52%), from which again divided into three categories:associated with lacunar infarction and46(88.45%), with a history of cerebral infarction in,or infarct new patients for2people (3.84%), accompanied by patients with a history of cerebral hemorrhage or a new issue of blood4people (7.6%). According to the headmagnetic resonance imaging or cranial CT results showed: bleeding or ischemic lesionswith no radiographic changes in28(28%)72(72%)4. According to the patient’s chiefcomplaint, the course of disease (time), course of the disease in16patients less than1year, which associated with cerebrovascular disease patients, the prevalence (56.25%);disease duration of less than five years is greater than one year in patients with48, whichassociated with cerebrovascular disease patient27, the prevalence of patients less than10years duration greater than5years (56.25%;21,11in patients with cerebral vasculardisease, prevalence (52.38%); course of the disease in more than10years patients with15people, including13patients with cerebral vascular disease, the prevalence rate (86.66%).Conclusion: Compared with normal Parkinson concomitant cerebrovascular diseasepatients have to increase the possibility of dangerous...
