Objective: To investigate the relationship between cognitive function and cerebrlmicrobleeds(CMBs) in patients with acute ischemic stroke。Methods:82cases with the diagnosis of acute infarction patients included in ourexperiment from February2010to sep2012in neurology department of the secondpeople’s hospital in hefei, Diagnosis based on the nervous system symptoms, signs andhead MRI dispersion weighted imaging (DWI) inspection, including CMBs group33cases, ages from46to87, mean age(65.88±8.70)ages, average educationlevel(6.33±3.51)years.Control group:49cases for the same period in neurologydepartment of the second people’s hospital in hefei with no CMBs were recruited,agefrom40to85, average age (63.78±7.82) years, average education level(7.14±3.90)years.All patients were examined using SWI and conventional SpinEcho(SE) sequence by siemens1.5T MR machine. All our findings were checked byattending physicians.Satistical analysis was performed with the Statistical Package ofSocial Sceenes(SPSS,inc). Results: A total of82patients group, the patients`systolic blood pressure(t=2.762,P=0.007)and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores(t=2.322,P=0.023)have closely correlation with CMBs or not,for logistic regressionanalysis, systolic blood pressure is CMBs independent risk factors (OR=1.032,95% CI:1.0081.057), CMBs and MoCA rating scale have closely relationship,With theextension of time, the correlation stronger, in patients with CMBs,executive function(rs=(-0.318,P=0.004),visual space function(rs=(-0.403,P=0.000) and calculationfunction (rs=(-0.362,P=0.001) were damaged, CMBs degree is heavier, the threecognitive domain score is lower.Conclusion:(1)The systolic blood pressure and NIHSS score existing in patients withacute cerebral infarction are independent predictor of CMBs;(2)The CMBs exist ornot are closely related to cognitive dysfunction. The CMBs degree heavier, thecognitive impairment more serious. With the extension of time, Cognitive function inpatients with CMBs damage aggravated.
