Objective The clinical datas of101cases of premature anemia infants were retrospective surveyd to analyze and discuss the the relation of premature anemia severity with gestational age, birth weight, birth history, the primary disease and other comprehensive factors.Try to understand the relationship between related factors and premature anemia preliminarily, to take corresponding measures to prevent premature infants in the clinical work of anemia.Methods1. Collect clinical data of101cases of premature infant anemia of kunming medical university second affiliated hospital of pediatrics neonatal wards from November2009to September2012.2. Collection and analysis the clinical data source:design schedule of survey of premature anemia. The project include:(1)The general condition of infants, such as gender, gestational age, birth weight;(2) The anemia related data indicators, such as hemoglobin, the time of anemia appearance;(3) Motherhood history of birth;(4) The pregnant mother pregnancy history;(5) The abnormal birth history of infants;(6) The primary disease of infants;(7) Diagnosis and treatment situation-too much blood drawing, oxygen uptake, and application of total parenteral nutrition. Results The average gestational age is34.08±2.13weeks.The average birth weight is2330.42±502.03grams. Mild anemia takes up48.5%, moderate anemia takes up42.6%, severe anemia takes up8.9%. Male to female ratio was2.156:1. Male is more than female. Through chi-square test, the degree of anemia between male and female has no significant difference. Influence factors are these as follows:the severity of anemia in gestational age groups goes through the variance test level of hemoglobin to reach a result:F=4.225, anemia. F=3.985, with gestational age factors P<0.05; According to birth weight groups, go through the variance testto reach the level of hemoglobin F=3.421, anemia, F=3.156, with birth weight factors P<0.05; Grouping the pregnant mother of stillbirths, hemoglobin level in t test, the t is2.19, the time of anemia appearance is2.26,we reach out stillbirths factors P<0.05; Grouping the the pregnant mother with and without gestational anemia group, t test hemoglobin level t is3.218, anemia appear time t is2.205, we reach out the factors P <0.05; Grouping the Intrapartum accident, t test hemoglobin level t is2.614, anemia appear time t is2.168, we reach out the factors P<0.05; Grouping the hemorrhagic primary disease, go through t test hemoglobin level t is4.264, anemia appear time t is2.198, we reach out the factors P<0.05; In presence of excessive blood drawing, t test hemoglobin level t is5.267, anemia appear time t is2.245, we reach out the factors P<0.05.conclusions1) Within the101cases of premature infant anemia, mild anemia (48.5%), moderate anemia (42.6%), severe anemia (8.9%), according to this survey the severity of the premature infant anemia correlates with the following factors:(1) gestational age;(2) birth weight;3. Motherhood has stillbirths;(4) motherhood has a history of anemia during pregnancy;(5) Premature infants have hemorrhagic intrapartum accident, the ones with hemorrhagic disease or excessive hemorrhagic factors in the process of diagnosis and treatment.2) Anemia in premature infants, the smaller the gestational age, lower birth weight, the severity of anemia is heavier, male and female gender had no effect on the rate of anemia.3) Blood loss factor is the first factor which causes premature anemia.4) Infectious diseases and jaundice respectively has no statistical difference in influence of premature anemia. It may be associated with deficiencies in this research.
