| [Objective] Using Liquid-based Cytology Test Results for ASC patients remaining cytology specimens, using the surface plasma resonance detection of HPV genotyping technology, discusses its application in the patients with ASC shunt value; Using fluorescence in situ hybridization technology detect hTERC, C-MYC gene, discusses its significance to prompt ASC degree of cervical lesions[Methods] In October2010to December2011in kunming medical university the second affiliated hospital of obstetrics and gynecology outpatient or inpatient for cervical cancer screening (HC2and LCT) of1200cases of patients, LCT results for patients with ASC46cases (including ASCUS45example, ASC-H1example). Which were divided into four groups:normal(n=25), CIN â… (n=13), CINâ…¡/CINâ…¢(n=6), ICC(n=2). Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) was used to detect the expression of hTERC and C-MYC. Surface Plasmon Resonance was used to detect the High-risk HPV.[Results]1. In the normal group, the group of low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), the group of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), cervical cancer, SPR positive rate were24.0%,76.9%,83.3%and100%.2. In the normal group, the group of low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), the group of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), cervical cancer, HC2positive rate were20.0%,61.5%,83.3%and100%3. in the normal group, the group of low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), the group of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), cervical cancer, FIS H positive rate were8.0%,61.5%,66.7%and100%.[Conclusions]1.LCT results for ASC’s pathological organizational results of in patients with difference larger, there are from the normal tissue to the cervical cancer. Therefore we need to strengthen the management of the ASC the patient’s.2.High-risk HPV in the normal group, the group of low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, the group of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, cervical cancer gr oup had positive results, which significantly increases during malignant development. SPR technology and HC2technology, both positive result was no significant difference.SPR detection can be used to shunt high-grade lesions ASC diversion dete ction can be used as indicators.3.FISH in normal group, the group of low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, the group of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, cervical cancer group had positive results, which significantly increases during malignant development. FISH technology has important significance to prompt ASC degree of pathological changes. |
