Objective:To observe the protective effects and mechanisms of topical Chinese medicine on visceral of severe burns shock rats.M ethods:The HSP70of small intestinal, Malondialdehyde of lung, reduced glutathione, wet and dry ratio, Bun, Cr, MPO, TNF-aand IL-6were checked by the time points of8,24,48hours. Blood tests, histopathological and immunohistochemistry were used for these texts. Results:The HPS70expression of Sanhuang group were higher than Povidone-iodine group. The small intestinal mucosa was damaged seriously on early stage. Sanhuang had curing effects on the small intestinal of Wister rats. The Malondialdehyde of lung and reduced glutathione were higher in Sanghuang group than Povidone-iodine group, wet and dry ratio were lower in Povidone-iodine group. The Bun, Cr and MPO were declined apparently in Sanghuang group than Povidone-iodine group, The TNF-aand IL-6were lower in Sanghuang group on the time point of48hours. Conclusion:Sanghuang helps blood circulation and detoxification and prevent the intrusion of bacteria and mitigate the paining. Sanghuang also had the effects of improving the micro circulation and promote the growth of wound. Sanghuang reduced toxin by changing the structure of endotoxin and eliminate the TNF-α、IL-6for protecting the visceral of rats.
