Objective:To investigate the value of High frequency ultrasound-guided FineNeedle Aspiration Biopsy(US-FNAB) in thyroid micro-carcinoma for the clinical earlydiagnostic.Methods:1. There are181tiny thyroid nodules in172patients. Firstly, they allaccepted High frequency ultrasound. The High frequency ultrasound can’t get diagnosisof58nidus, and these nodules accepted High frequency ultrasound-guided Fine NeedleAspiration Biopsy(US-FNAB).Then compared with the pathology results from theoperations, and compared the accuracy rate of malignant diagnostic accuracy of the twoexamination ways.2.We elected31patients of US-FNAB after thyroidectomy more than half a yearas a Follow-up Group into the observations. In the other sides, choosing48cases as theControl Group who performed thyroidectomy more than6months and were diagnosedthyroid carcinoma by surgery pathology. Two groups were a total of79patients. Thereview time points is respectively half a year, nine months, one year, one and half a yearand two years. We need to observe the presence of recurrences of thyroid residual parts andcervical lymph nodes.Results:1. The malignant diagnostic accuracy rate of High-frequency ultrasoundand US-FNAB was respectively85.3%,94.1%, The difference was statisticallysignificant. The successful rate of US-FNAB is94.8%, false positive is5.9%.2. The recurrence rate of Control Group and Follow-up Group was respectively14.58%and0.00%. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound is regarded as the first non-invasivediagnosis method for thyroid micro-carcinoma. US-FNAB can make up for thedeficiency of the High frequency ultrasound and significantly enhance the early diagnosis of thyroid micro-carcinoma. The early diagnosis and early treatmentobservably reduce the risk of postoperative recurrences. |
