Fatigue is a protective mechanism. But if the organism is in condition of fatigue for a long time, the result would affect the body’s physical and mental health. Research and prevention of exercise-induced fatigue has become an important issue faced by the majority of medical practitioners. The suture-embedding is a new type of acupuncture, that can stimulate or induce regulating system in vivo in varying degrees, and make the imbalance between the functional relationships tend to normalize.The purpose of this experiment is to observe the lung-shu point suture-embedding on the effect of sports fatigue for a preliminary study, and provide experimental and theoretical basis for further improving racing horses’ ability to anti-fatigue by suture-embedding therapy.First established rat model of exercise-induced fatigue after a six-week swimming training, and observed lung-shu point suture-embedding anti-fatigue effect on the organism from the blood biochemical, histological observation. After training, weight, cardiac index, lung index, lactic acid in the blood and other biochemical indicators will be measured. The results showed that:(1)The suture-embedding rats average daily gain weight less than the training and control group level(P<0.01);(2)Suture-embedding rats’cardiac index is higher than the training group and control group, lung index is higher than the control group and below the level of training rats(P <0.05);(3)Suture-embedding group swimming exhaustive time below the level of training rats, the difference was not significant;(4)Lactic acid levels and catalase levels are:training group> suture-embedding group> control group, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatinine and serum urea nitrogen levels are:suture-embedding group> training group> control group(P<0.05).Results:(1) Lung-shu point suture-embedding can improve the health status, lose weight and enhanced exercise capacity of swimming exercise training rats;(2) Lung-shu point suture-embedding can increase cardiac index in swimming exercise training rats, without significant improvement in lung index;(3) No significant improvement in the extension of exhaustive swimming time in lung-shu point suture-embedding rats;(4) Lung-shu point suture-embedding can reduce the lactic acid levels in swimming exercise training rats, increase lactate dehydrogenase and creatinine levels, and release muscle fatigue. Catalase, creatine kinase, blood urea nitrogen levels did not significantly improved;(5)Lung-shu point suture-embedding can improve myocardial cells in swimming exercise training rats, enhance the beat ability of the heart, reduce alveoli pulmonis atrophy caused by swim.Experiments result showed that lung-shu point suture-embedding can improve athletic ability of swimming training rats, and relieve fatigue conditions. |
