Lymphoma27cases, including20cases of non-hodgkin’s lymphoma,7cases of hodgkin’s lymphoma;24cases of head and neck squamous carcinoma of lymph node metastases. In axis X, Y and Z three directions on sensitive gradient pulses, respectively take0、600s/mm2、800s/mm2and1000s/mm2was four groups b value, get different b values under the DWI and ADC images can lymph node lesions, were measured under different b values lymph node lesions of ADC values.The measurement data with the (x±S), between the groups was compared using two sample t test, P<0.05considered statistically significant difference.Result The b value of600s/mm2, lymphoma and metastasis tumor ADC values were0.75±0.14×10-3mm2/s and1.12±0.12×10-3mm2/s, the b value of800s/mm2, lymphoma and metastasis tumor ADC values were0.68±0.11×10-3mm2/s and1.02±0.12×10-3mm2/s, the b value of1000s/mm2, lymphoma and metastases tumor ADC values were0.64±0.10×10-3mm2/s and0.96±0.13×10-3mm2/s, Under the different b values, cervical lymphoma and squamous carcinoma of cervical lymph node metastases of ADC values between difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).
