The Clinical Analysis Of Reteplase Combined With Danhong Injection In The Treatment Of Acute Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis

Objective:To observe clinical effect and safety of catheter-directed thrombosis using reteplase combining with danhong injection for deep vein thrombosis(DVT) of the lower extremity.Methods:forty cases of acute DVT from Mar2010to Mar2012were divided into two groups(reteplase and reteplase+danhong injection),which effect was comparedResults:1, the curative effect:treatment group20cases, cured9cases, better9cases, invalid in2cases, total cure rate90%;20cases of control group,5cases were cured, better9cases, invalid in6, the total effective rate of70%. By comparison, p<0.05, with a statistical significance.2, the fibrinogen change:treatment group9cases, the control group10cases fibrinogen quickly fell to0.1g/L or so, by stop using reteplase, to switch to the small doses of Ukinase, fibrinogen gradually raised,3days later all back to2g/L above, the more case not obviously decreased.3, complications and hospitalization days:treatment group1case of puncture point bleeding,5cases of puncture place hematoma,4cases of hematuria; The control group3appeared puncture point hematoma,2 cases of blood in the urine, there were no pulmonary embolism. The average days in hospital treatment group:8.60+/-2.43days, and the control group:13.98+/-4.12days, by comparison, p<0.05, with a statistical significance.Conclusion:1、Reteplase combining with Danhong injection in treating acute DVT has a synergistic effect and shorters hospitalization time, which enhances the curative effect and reduces the occurrence of postoperative complications.But the reteplase+danhong group and the reteplase group in reduction of fibrinogen is very swift and violent, so the application of reteplase catheterization thrombolysis.2、both western medicine or integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine after operation,should be monitored blood test tightly to adjust drug dosage, to avoid serious complications.
