Objective: To explore the different levels of physical health status of populationwith mild organic damage, senior and the end-stage disease (critically ill patients)patients on the variation of the laboratory parameters to filter out the relevant indicatorsand analyze15STR loci, try to find the responsive association of genetic factors andlaboratory indicators on health status.Methods:1.Three hundred and forty-five subjects from physical examination were selectedwithout any disease symptoms, detected their serum biochemical, blood routine andmedical imageology parameters to analyze the correlation between the medicalimageology abnormalities, age and laboratory indicators.2.Selecting249end-stage disease patients, serum biochemical, blood routineparameters were detected, recording to the survival time(days) after sampling throughquerying medical records and follow-up to analyze the correlation between the survivaltime of end-stage disease patients and laboratory indicators.3.Analyzing the related laboratory indicators about these three factors: medicalimageology abnormalities, age and the survival time of end-stage disease patients, wedefined the laboratory indicators which related to two or more factors as sensitiveresponses to health status.4.Detecting the15STR loci from41end-stage disease patients, includingD8S1179, D21Sll, D7S820, CSF1PO, D3S1358, D5S818, D13S317, D16S539,D2S1338, D19S433, VWA, D12S391, D18S51, D6S1043and FGA, we investigatedthe correlation between15STR loci and the laboratory indicators which were related totwo or more factors. Results:1.Correlation analysis showed statistical significance between medical imageologyabnormalities and17serum biochemical and blood routine parameters(P<0.05). ALT,AST, GGT, CHOL, TRIG, LDL-C, UREA, CREA, UA, GLU, WBC, NEUT#,LYMPH#, RBC and HGB had positive correlation with medical imageologyabnormalities, AST/ALT and HDL-C had negative correlation with medical imageologyabnormalities.2.Correlation analysis showed statistical significance between the age of physicalexamination and12serum biochemical and blood routine parameters(P<0.05). GGT,GLB, CHOL, TRIG, LDL-C, UREA, GLU, ALP and LDH had positive correlation withage, ALB, A/G and HDL-C had negative correlation with age.3.Correlation analysis showed statistical significance between the survival time ofend-stage disease patients and11serum biochemical and blood routine parameters(P<0.05). ALT, ALB, A/G, UREA, CREA, LYMPH#, RBC and HGB had positivecorrelation with the survival time, GGT, CRP(hs-CRP) and NEUT#had negativecorrelation with the survival time.4.We identified the laboratory indicators which related to two or more factors:GGT, ALB, A/G, CHOL, TRIG, HDL-C, LDL-C, UREA, CREA, GLU, NEUT#,LYMPH#, RBC, HGB and CRP as sensitive responses to health status.5.Correlation analysis showed statistical significance between the15STR lociwere detected from41end-stage disease patients and the laboratory indicators whichrelated to two or more factors:4loci associated with ALB,6loci associated with A/G,3loci associated with GLU,4loci associated with CHOL,4loci associated with HDL-C,6loci associated with LDL-C,3loci associated with GGT,4loci associated withNEUT#,8loci associated with LYMPH#,7loci associated with RBC,4loci associatedwith HGB and4loci associated with CRP(P<0.05). The loci respectively associatedwith3laboratory indicators: D16S539-10、D19S433-14、D3S1358-17、D2S1338-18、D13S317-11、D12S391-17(P<0.05). Other loci had no association with laboratoryindications.Conclusion:1.The medical imageology abnormalities of mild organic damage, age, thesurvival time of end-stage disease patients may related to more laboratory indicators.2.We identified15laboratory indicators: GGT, ALB, A/G, CHOL, TRIG, HDL-C,LDL-C, UREA, CREA, GLU, NEUT#, LYMPH#, RBC, HGB and CRP as sensitive responses to the health status.3.Genetic factors may influence the laboratory indicators in different health status.
